We were so grateful for his patience and expertise, and believe me when I say we *really* peppered him with questions. He enjoys teaching and sharing his experience with others, and even encouraged us to reach out to him afterwards if we had more questions. He doesn't shy away from doing the hard stuff, like going on rooftops or crawling under very tight crawlspaces.
