Great service. Professional and thorough. On time and respectful of the property. Highly recommend this company.

When you want to know the truth, call Schultz Property Inspections. I received a very detailed report, down to the last plug socket. Other inspection companies gloss over things that Bill Schultz catches and calls out. Some say he's overly picky, not me. I want to to know everything about a property I'm having inspected. read more

Bill has done inspections on 2 houses for us in a short time and each time he was very thorough and professional. I would recommend him to anyone! read more

Bill is one of the more professional and knowledgeable home inspectors I have worked with. We recently used him for both our pre listing inspection on our property for sale, and the inspection of a property we were buying. He is very detailed oriented and analytical, with extensive photos and back up rationale for each area of concern. The report was delivered promptly, which allowed us to address issues in a timely fashion. I would use Bill again, and further do not hesitate in recommending him for other real estate property transactions. read more

I'm from out of town and was unable to be present for the inspection. Time was of the essence so Vicki and Bill rearranged their schedules to accommodate my needs. I received the final detailed inspection report within 24 hours. The entire process was professional and thorough. I highly recommend Schultz Property inspection. read more

Bill and Vikki are the best! Vikki was super friendly and helpful on the phone. We initially couldn't get the time slot we wanted, but she made sure to call us back and squeeze us in as soon as possible. Bill was on time and very thorough, giving us a same-day verbal summary and comprehensive next-day report that flagged everything from minor cosmetic flaws to potential safety issues and big-ticket items that might need replacing. Took about 2-3 hours to do a full house and pool inspection. Not only did it help us negotiate over $10k in credits, it gave us a clear to-do list to prioritize moving forward. Highly recommend! read more

Very thorough inspection service!! Findings were communicated electronically and were accessed easily.

This power couple gave great service! Bill was thorough with his inspection and spent quality time at the house. He found a few major problems that I was grateful to know about before I moved in. His wife does his scheduling, and she was warm and kind to work with as well. Bill was very punctual both when he came out to the property and when I received the final report. The great service did not end there...being a single, senior woman, he welcomed my calls to explain in great detail what the priorities were on the house and the things that could wait until after I moved him. I will be passing on his number to all my friends looking for an inspection. You can not go wrong. The only wrong would be if you chose a different person. And I don't often get the chance to say that. read more

I highly recommend Schultz Property Inspection! After reading the glowing reviews about them on yelp and speaking with Vikki on the phone, I set up a date and time for the inspection. All communication before the inspection was excellent. Bill showed up on time and ready for work. It was for a brand new home and his discoveries were pretty amazing. The builder was surprised himself and fixed everything that was needed. I appreciated Bill's thoroughness, patience and professionalism. He explained everything to me, answered all my questions and had the report to me the next day as he said he would. It's a relief to work with someone reliable! With much appreciation and many thanks, Bill & Vikki! read more

Bill is amazing! He is very friendly, super knowledgeable, and professional. He was patient in answering our questions and very through during his inspection. It was for a new construction home and he addressed things we would've never found. He used his drone for the roof and caught some broken tiles. We felt confident in the home we bought after Bill's inspection. His wife Vikki was great as well getting the appointment set up. Highly recommend!! Thank you guys!! read more

This is my second time using Schultz. Very professional, prompt and thorough. Highly recommended on every level.

As a residential real estate investor in the desert, opening Escrow is the start of buying a home. Besides the appraisal, I consider the property inspection a critical part of making sure I really want to complete the transaction. Over the past two years I've had Schultz perform SIX inspections for me in the desert. I won't go anywhere else. Bill has the process down to a science. His inspections have paid for themselves many, many times over. They actually become a main component of each home's "Owner's Manual" for pre and post-sale repairs. If you need a competent property inspection, look no farther and hire Schultz. read more

Bill is very professional and personable and clearly has a great deal of experience performing house inspections. He was very thorough in his report, identifying issues that need addressing. A number of areas are beyond the scope of this type of inspection, and he pointed out these areas with an appropriate recommendation to seek a professional opinion in those particular areas. He is very efficient at carrying out the inspection and has a good eye for detail that was missed by us and by the developer's quality control inspection team. I wholeheartedly recommend his services if you require them. read more

I had Bill do the inspection on a prospective purchase. In his usual nit-picking (read "thorough") manner, he saw things that the rest of us didn't see. In the process, I withdrew my offer on the condo because just bringing it up to code would have been WAY into five figures. Bill's fee was worth every penny!!!! read more

Bill was a referral. And he is incredible. The selling agent had an inspection done, but we opted for our own. Bill caught and found SO many things the other inspector missed. In fact, we cancelled escrow and walked away from a 3 million dollar money pit. I could not recommend his more! read more

We can't be any happier from our experience with Bill & Vikki Schultz of Schultz Property Inspection as recommended by our superstar realtor, Heather Ozur. I give them a perfect 10. They are very thorough and professional, and very detailed in their most recent inspection to our new home in SoCal. We highly recommend them for your property inspection needs. read more

There are some real estate companies that will not even let Schultz through the door. In fact, they would rather move on if his services are insisted upon by the buyer. His inspection of our home was detailed but extremely excessive with the wording used in his report. Some refer to him as " the deal killer." After the buyers backed out of the escrow on our home, their buyer's realtor confessed that they like to use him for buyers but NOT for sellers. What does that suggest? read more

Bill conducted an extremely comprehensive inspection and provided a wonderful debriefing. I will definitely want to use Schultz Property Inspection and Bill Schultz again! He brings integrity to the process of inspecting a home! Bravo! I highly recommend Schultz Property Inspection! read more

Over the past 15 years we have used Schultz Property Inspection Services. My wife is a Realtor and I run a local nonprofit youth agency. When I first started at our organization our facilities were in desperate need of repairs, yet we didn't have a lot of funds for deferred maintenance. Having Schultz Property Inspection perform a thorough, detailed inspection was the perfect way for us to determine the course of action for repairs. Through their inspection they provided us with a 40 page report with photographs and red flags for major safety concerns. Their quality of their work helped us prioritize our move forward plan. Several years later we had them out to perform an updated inspection. We were glad to report that all the safety repairs had been addressed but there were many other items that now needed attention. Bill really knows his craft and will give an honest quality inspection. He won't try and hide things because sellers don't want things in the report. He is the real deal! Thank you Bill for your quality of work. Sincerely, Scott Robinson CEO, BGCCC read more
