He spent hours making sure that he was able to thoroughly inspect the entire premises and every building on the multi-structure lot. His reports were extremely detailed and extensive and he also was able to spend time speaking over the phone with me multiple times (I was out-of-state during the buying process) and I felt like I was in very good hands the whole time. I've used a dozen home inspectors before and have a good sample size to compare them. They rarely impress me, and I sometimes wonder if they're even worth the expense. Peter changed my mind. He spent 2.5 hours at the property and found things I would never have known, and I'm pretty handy - things that you might not know if you didn't have extensive knowledge of the equipment - things like HVAC and water heater installation. Anyone can spot a crack in the floor, but Peter knew what likely caused it and whether it was an indication of a bigger problem on the horizon.
