Paul is a genius and such a professional guy who takes his work seriously. We had a major mold, infestation, and a home we were renting, suspected mold, Paul came out and quickly assess the situation, found mold, and we were able to leave the house we were renting. Very kind, compassionate, and professional. You don't see that very often in business these days, and we really appreciate him and his lovely wife who run the business together read more

We hired Paul Johnson from INSPX Home Solutions, LLC for an inspection on a house we are buying in Desert Hot Springs. We are moving from out of the area so it was very important for us to hire someone we could trust. Paul's inspection report was super detailed with a lot of photos and suggestions/noticeable items. We couldn't have been happier with his thoroughness and professionalism. Paul was responsive and kept contact through the booking & the whole inspection process. We would highly recommend INSPX Home Solutions, LLC. Thank you Paul for such a great experience!! read more

I'm so happy I went with Paul at Inspx! The first time I was in escrow, Paul and Mallory were forgiving when my buyers backed out and my agent called past the deadline to cancel. I did not forget how gracious they were; so when I was in escrow for the second time, I went right back to them. They are professional, with great communication! The inspection went well; Paul caught everything and more. Got the report the same day!! I would definitely recommend them! Thank you Paul Thank you Mallory read more

Paul is on of the inspectors on my list of preferred inspectors I give to my buyers/clients. He is always on time, many times early and completes a GOoD assessment of all the systems on the home. The written report is received by the buyers/clients usually the SAME DAY of inspection and it is easy to read and understand. Paul meets with the buyers either in person or via call and reviews the report with them. I appreciate his professionalism and candor. Plus his prices are very reasonable, based on my client comments. Thank You Paul J! Carlos Peña Broker/Owner The Peña Group 760-578-0077 read more

I can't say enough about Paul and INPSX home solutions. If you are looking for someone to arrive on time, honest, thorough and knowledgeable, then go with Paul and INPSPX. His thorough process possibly saved me a few thousand dollars. A prior home inspection with a different company missed many things that Paul found. Don't sleep on this company, I have no regrets going with Paul. In fact, I will have him come back out to inspect if the repairs were done properly. Thanks Paul. read more

Great communication and amazing work by Paul and Mallory. The inspection report was ready the same day the inspection took place and it was so detailed! Paul went above and beyond and my family greatly appreciates it. His report not only let us know what he found but it took the time to explain how things are supposed to be, in order to better understand what issues the property had. The tools he uses are very up to date and provide the details on what you can't see, such as water damage hiding behind walls. The report was also very easy to navigate with the software he uses. It made it all easy to view and understand. Thanks so much Paul and Mallory! We will definitely use your services again if we get the chance. read more

If you are looking for a home inspection in the Coachella Valley, I highly recommend Paul Johnson with INSPX Home Solutions. I'm a San Diego Realtor and have a friend purchasing a home in the Coachella Valley. We found Paul for the home inspection and were very happy with the whole experience. The booking process was quick and simple through his website. The day of the inspection I arrived a few minutes early prior to our scheduled time and Paul was already there and had gotten started going through the exterior. Paul was very professional and knowledgeable. He ended up completing the inspection very thoroughly and earlier than expected. We arranged for my client to meet us right when he got done and he went through the inspection with us in full depth. That same evening we received the very detailed inspection. Paul made the whole process very straightforward and simple. read more

When my clients offer gets accepted, I send them 3 different inspectors to choose from and they can always do some research on their own, but they usually end up selecting INSPX Home Solutions. Paul is one of the more qualified and certified inspectors in the Valley! My Clients love how much time they actually get to spend with Paul either on the phone before and after the inspection, as well as during the inspection. I have been involved with a lot of Real Estate Transactions over the years and Paul's report is by far the easiest to understand, and if you don't understand it, he will dumb it down for you :) Ow yea, he also a great guy! Very detailed and takes his time! I would highly recommend Paul and INSPX Home Solutions if you are thinking about selling, have an offer accepted or just want some things checked out on your current home to keep it current and up to code. read more

A true expert. On time service. Cooperative and instructive. Absolutely efficient. Very pleased.

Paul was wonderful - very friendly and nice guy, excellent communicator, easy to set up an appointment, set clear expectations on when paperwork would sent over. The assessment paperwork was really easy to follow and photos were clear. As a first time homebuyer, Paul made the process very easy and gave us great peace of mind. read more

Paul recently completed a very thorough home inspection for a property I'm considering in Palm Desert. He identified a long list of potential issues and I'm very grateful for his professionalism and expertise. He knows his stuff and did a great job of protecting me from some potentially very costly headaches! I'm not sure how things will end up with this home purchase, but I wouldn't hesitate to use Paul again. I highly recommend him! Thank you, Paul. read more

Fast response to estimate for new home purchase inspection. Scheduling was quick and easy, accommodating for agent and owner's proxy. Report was produced in a timely manner. Most pics were self explanatory, 1 pic was included that did not pertain to any item in the report. Inspection was performed with some issues that could not be tested, spa heater was not tested, gas was on, but valve was turned off...inspection did not attempt to turn on and check. Pool skimmer baskets were upside down with leaves and debris under the basket, running back to the pump filter basket. Paul missed a clearly visible 24 inch or more crack across the hallway ceiling, displacement of 1/2-3/4 inch, ...obvious in a cursory walk through overview of property. My report arrived as promised 24 hours later. Page 23 Lack of attention to detail is obvious in this page from my report where a pic of items in a garage are depicted with comments on chimney status. Inspection and report are passable but should have been better. For $100/ hour job, I would have expected a higher caliber of service. read more

Highly recommend INSPX Home Solutions if you're in need of a home inspection in the Coachella Valley. Paul Johnson was proactive in reaching out prior to the inspection to discuss the overall inspection, provide specifics regarding the amount of time he anticipated, and answer any questions prior to the inspection day. Paul was prompt (he actually arrived early which was wonderful) the day of the inspection, and provided a thorough, detailed report including photos the same day as the inspection. The report was further broken down into categories which included the number of items inspected, and highlighted "Safety Hazard or Major Defect," "Defect/Recommended Repair," and "Maintenance Item or Observation." This categorization helps put everything in perspective in terms of major versus minor repairs. Very professional and personable. read more

Paul is amazing. Super nice guy, family business who really cares about his customers. Price was the lowest I could find with great reviews and he did not disappoint. He even did extras for no charge compared to other companies that would charge for. His reports are easy to read and leaves no stone unturned. Highly reccomend! read more

I'm a Realtor with Coldwell Banker. I've used several home inspectors over the years, which has ultimately lead me to Paul Johnson w/ INSPX. Hands down, Paul is the BEST home inspector in the Coachella Valley! I've used his services on many transactions and his services have proven to be invaluable for me and my clients. He's extremely knowledgable, experienced, reasonably priced, and worth every dime. He's saved my clients thousands of dollars by catching issues during inspections, which in turn, gave me the ability to negotiate better terms for my clients. Thank you Paul! read more

Paul did an amazing job inspecting our house before buying. He was fast, efficient, and easy to speak with. He took the time to explain things to me and set my mind at ease with things that didn't deserve my stress. Previous potential buyers had ordered an inspection but we decided to get our own and Pauls' report blew the other company out of the water. He found even more things and everything he found was clearly identified and documented along with clear pictures. The icing on the cake was actionable items with suggested priority. read more

Paul is awesome! From start to finish he was friendly, efficient and professional. I was able to pay with Zelle and got a $25 discount. He showed up on time and had the report to me within a few hours. Highly recommended! read more

This inspection was for a house purchase. I would have given more than five stars if that was an option. One of the main reasons I chose INSPX is that it is a local family business. Paul was very professional and detail-oriented. His inspection was super thorough. He did the inspection as if it were for his own home. He took the time to answer all my questions. He showed up before the scheduled time. He is very friendly. He treated us with utmost respect. He emailed to me a detailed inspection report and a very user friendly editable action list. The pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely hire Paul again if I needed inspection services and I would highly recommend him for anyone who needs a home inspection. Thank you so much Paul for being so professional and honest. read more

Paul was very fast, thorough, and efficient. He was helpful and informative by explaining his process and making sure any questions we're answered.
