Awesome company. They're always very professional, friendly, and responsive. We had a mild recurrence of insects after one of their treatments, and they came out again immediately to re-spray and fix it free of charge. You can tell they take pride in their work! Would highly recommend to everyone. read more

Can't say enough about Blake Bixler. After a routine service Blake told me that I had a few problem areas that were going to take extra time so he set up a follow up appointment and came back and did a top notch job. His professionalism and attention to detail was impeccable. Blake really proved himself to be a valuable asset for Insect IQ read more

Spiderwebs are my biggest pet peeve! I mean besides the actual spiders of course. Since starting service with Insect IQ the presence of creepy crawlies around the outside of my home has been decimated! I don't have to go into Ninja mode when I walk out a door that I don't use everyday because I've walked into a spiderweb...there just aren't any! It's awesome! Insect IQ is so trustworthy in my opinion that I've given them my garage door code for access if I'm not home for an appointment. Thanks guys....you're at the top of my Christmas list! read more

They are very flexible, excellent customer service and love how they don't pressure contracts and will call them again.

I like these guys they are always on time, they ask if there are any particular issues that they can address. If I need by garage or shed serviced they do it without question. Since I have been use these guys I have not experience any problems with insects. read more

So far so good! I just had some spiders in my garage and there are none in sight. Great job from the quote to my technician that came out.

I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but I was so impressed with Insect IQ's services I would love to share my experience! From the second Brianna, the receptionist answered the phone it was a pleasant experience. She was so professional and kind! She got me an appointment right away on a day I requested. The technician came out and did a decent job, but I noticed after he left a wasps nest was still visible. I left a voicemail and explained to them that I noticed the technician missed a couple things I thought would have been taken care of, and I'd like to speak to someone. By the time I had woken up the next day, my call was returned and a confirmation of a new appointment was scheduled FOR THE NEXT DAY! I called Brianna back to confirm and thanked her for getting someone to come by so quickly. Ken did an outstanding job. He was very professional and polite and took the time to thoroughly do the job! They mentioned "warranties" aren't included in the service I purchased, but under the circumstance they allowed it. I definitely wouldn't go with any other pest control service. They take care of you here and want to make sure you get the great service you pay for. read more

Joshua was quick to respond to me via the Yelp app. He answered all my questions about the pests I had. He gave me a few options for service and let me decide which would be a better fit for my situation and my budget. We opted for a "2-shot" service. Getting an appointment and payment was smooth and quick. His technician showed up promptly and I'm told he was very nice and helpful also. Thank you Joshua and crew. read more

They were very helpful and nice about what job I wanted done. We did have the mishap of being forgotten to get scheduled with the office but they more than made up for it by giving me a generous discount. The owner was very nice to give that to me. They were on time and very polite. I would definitely recommend them. read more

Over the years I have tried at least 5 different pest control companies, even one that was voted to be one of the people's choice favorites, but I was never completely satisfied by any of them. I can clearly say Insect IQ meets all my expectations in thoroughness from the brushing down of the cobwebs to the spraying and just plain politeness and alertness from the technician. I have some Iris plants that tend to get the pesty white flies, and each year late winter/early spring I have them do a special injection treatment, which they are licensed to do to prevent the white flies from showing up. Anyone famililar with white flies knows if you do not do treatment in advance to prevent them, it is too late when they show up. My sister and my mother's properties are also serviced by InsectIQ. Great Job. Thank you Insect IQ! read more

Highly recommended is right. These guys are professional, friendly, hard working, and super flexible with our schedule. We have an 18 month old and a dog and they never mind working around nap time or coming back if we can't get our dog inside the house for whatever reason. There prices are fair and service is top notch. Love that they are local small business. Top notch! read more

David was very professional. He came and explained everything he was going to do. He listen to my concerns and was there to address them He listen to what I had to say. Most companies just do the work and leave. David was one of the best service guys I have met. I am glad I made the choice to go with this company. I have good feelings about them. Thanks for your help. read more

I want to express how happy we are with Insect IQ! They are a great business to work with when it comes to home pest control!! We have been with them for 5 years and have absolutely love how they treat their customers! Always willing to help and listen to concerns. Josh the owner is super nice and he never hesitates to send someone out to re-spray my home when needed! My regular guy is Tony and he is so nice, helpful and very meticulous when he sprays my home for insects. Always greets you with a smile and that is an A+++ in my books. Another great guy I got to meet yesterday for a re-spray was David Sanchez...exceptional assistance, great attitude and greets you with a smile! In all honesty . I have never had a bad experience with Insect IQ and have referred many of my local neighbors and friends. They too are happy with there service!! You rock Insect IQ!!!! read more

Thank you Tyler! He was amazing and very thorough. I would highly recommend insect IQ thanks to him.

David was very knowledgeable and really eased my concerns. Very happy with our decision to go with them.

Super friendly, courteous and efficient! Caleb was an awesome technician and had a lot of patience for me as I was almost 10 minutes late getting home for the appointment. InsectIQ is one of the impressive companies for hiring and training skilled personnel that I've had the pleasure of working with. I'm a regular customer and as soon as I texted and let them know I had ants inside Jennifer from InsectIQ called me within 2 minutes to set up a home appointment for indoor treatment. Top notch service ! read more

David is a tremendous asset to your team! He is on time, polite and goes above and beyond on every visit! He answers questions and provides input on things to look for, like what types of trees attract rodents. I am in management and wish I had a team of people like him working for me, just a solid hardworking man. I have had other technicians before and they always do a good job but David should be recognized for his outstanding customer service! Please share this with the management team and owner. His consistent above standard performance should be recognized. Feel free to call if additional information is needed. Thank you. read more

These guys do a great job! Been using them for over 3 years. Never had any problems. They always call before they come out and are on time. After that last big rain we had ants in the house They came out the same day. sprayed as part of the service. FREE Highly recommended! read more

I contacted Insect Iq due to a minor pest control problem my home was encountering. I met with one of the sales reps in my home and he informed me about a promotional rate for new customers. He explained what the service fee would be billed every two months and the dollar amount. Nothing else. I asked the sales rep how many services did he think would solve the problem. He stated 3-6months or more. After having the service about 5months the problem was solved. Little did I know Id encounter another problem when I called to cancel future services. I was informed that I was in a year contract. Although I agree with the business owner about disputing a cancelation fee, I should have read what I was signing. However, I feel its poor business and sales ethics to not verbally communicate all terms with clients prior to signing any document. Lesson learned "read what your signing". read more

Very professional company, The techs name was Jacob, he was super nice and informative and dealt with the inconveniences of my condos location with out any gruff. Will use them in the future!! read more

I did a one time spray inside and outside of the home and I'm still seeing bugs inside. The technician told me they would come out for free if we needed but when I called i was told that's not the case because I didn't buy the more expensive service which guaranteed me for 60 days. I paid a $135 for 1 time service.. guess that's not enough now days. They did offer me another service for $35 but why am I going to pay them again? I should have went with another provider and probably read my sales contract with them instead of just relying on what the guy told me on the phone. read more

I had Insect IQ for over 5 yrs and had a discrepancy on one of my bills. Their billing department charged me an additional $45 that they refused to remove or negotiate. I even spoke with the owner of the company to give him the opportunity to keep me as a customer, but he did not care to lose a customer because he has many more. There are over 20 other Pest Control Service companies in the Modesto area...I recommend any of them EXCEPT this company. read more

Insect IQ is the BEST pest control service in the Central Valley. The service technicians are very informative, prompt and professional. The customer service representatives are always friendly and call to remind us of the service days. Had a chance to meet the owner Josh and what an asset to the business community here in Modesto, very sharp guy. We need more owners that have passion and care about all faucets of the customer the way Josh conducts this company. I would highly recommend them and know you will not be disappointed. read more

They definitely live up to their name, very much have the IQ of an INSECT. They came out multiple times without calling or scheduling as requested, we have a Dog in the back yard and needed to unlock our gate and put our Dog inside, and they came out when we were not home and only sprayed out front but billed for a full job. Made multiple requests not to spray on rain days but continue to show up. We also live in a gated community and advised them of the gate code, again they never could remember it and had to call us asking for it. read more

Read about Insect IQ on Yelp. They really are experts on bug control in in a way that is environmentally friendly. We ask then to only spray outside but they control inside and outside problems. Found two bugs in the house and Josh the owner was over the next day to identify the critter. His timely professional work convinced me I have the best pest service in Modesto. Thank you Yelp for helping me find the best! read more

Called them for an ant problem that was beyond the usual ant trap capabilities. The were prompt, professional, and reasonable. Two treatments were recommended...1st one got almost all of the bugs on our property, inside and out. 2nd one got a stubborn bunch of ants near our kitchen sink. No more problem!!! The good part is their spray is not toxic to humans so we like that. read more

Over the last weekend I battled a large amount of ants and felt overwhelmed, so I decided to look for a professional. I messaged insect IQ on Sunday and provided pictures. I got a quick response by Monday and after a few more questions a very reasonable quote so I decided to give them a try. The sign up was easy and customer service was very helpful. We were able to schedule an appointment for that Wednesday ( today ) and set up a client portal for all my billing and account needs. We had the pleasure of Jeremy out for our initial spray. He was very prompt, polite, informative, and respectful of the times ( keeping distance, wearing a mask and shoe covers ) I felt comfortable allowing him in my home to spray. He did a great job on the exterior with webs, wasp nests, and of course spraying. We have animals so he let us know to keep them inside until the solution has time to dry. At the end he knocked on our door to let us know he was finished and made sure we didn't have any other questions or concerns. So far so good! My husband and I are very happy with Insect IQ and give two thumbs up to Jeremy! read more
