Spiderwebs are my biggest pet peeve! I mean besides the actual spiders of course. Since starting service with Insect IQ the presence of creepy crawlies around the outside of my home has been decimated! I don't have to go into Ninja mode when I walk out a door that I don't use everyday because I've walked into a spiderweb...there just aren't any! It's awesome! I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but I was so impressed with Insect IQ's services I would love to share my experience! From the second Brianna, the receptionist answered the phone it was a pleasant experience. She was so professional and kind! She got me an appointment right away on a day I requested. The technician came out and did a decent job, but I noticed after he left a wasps nest was still visible. I left a voicemail and explained to them that I noticed the technician missed a couple things I thought would have been taken care of, and I'd like to speak to someone. By the time I had woken up the next day, my call was returned and a confirmation of a new appointment was scheduled FOR THE NEXT DAY! I called Brianna back to confirm and thanked her for getting someone to come by so quickly. Ken did an outstanding job. He was very professional and polite and took the time to thoroughly do the job! They mentioned "warranties" aren't included in the service I purchased, but under the circumstance they allowed it. I definitely wouldn't go with any other pest control service. Over the years I have tried at least 5 different pest control companies, even one that was voted to be one of the people's choice favorites, but I was never completely satisfied by any of them. I can clearly say Insect IQ meets all my expectations in thoroughness from the brushing down of the cobwebs to the spraying and just plain politeness and alertness from the technician. I have some Iris plants that tend to get the pesty white flies, and each year late winter/early spring I have them do a special injection treatment, which they are licensed to do to prevent the white flies from showing up. Anyone famililar with white flies knows if you do not do treatment in advance to prevent them, it is too late when they show up. My sister and my mother's properties are also serviced by InsectIQ. Highly recommended is right. These guys are professional, friendly, hard working, and super flexible with our schedule. We have an 18 month old and a dog and they never mind working around nap time or coming back if we can't get our dog inside the house for whatever reason. Over the last weekend I battled a large amount of ants and felt overwhelmed, so I decided to look for a professional. I messaged insect IQ on Sunday and provided pictures. I got a quick response by Monday and after a few more questions a very reasonable quote so I decided to give them a try. The sign up was easy and customer service was very helpful. We were able to schedule an appointment for that Wednesday ( today ) and set up a client portal for all my billing and account needs. We had the pleasure of Jeremy out for our initial spray. He was very prompt, polite, informative, and respectful of the times ( keeping distance, wearing a mask and shoe covers ) I felt comfortable allowing him in my home to spray. He did a great job on the exterior with webs, wasp nests, and of course spraying. We have animals so he let us know to keep them inside until the solution has time to dry. At the end he knocked on our door to let us know he was finished and made sure we didn't have any other questions or concerns. So far so good! My husband and I are very happy with Insect IQ and give two thumbs up to Jeremy! read more

I contacted Insect Iq due to a minor pest control problem my home was encountering. I met with one of the sales reps in my home and he informed me about a promotional rate for new customers. He explained what the service fee would be billed every two months and the dollar amount. Nothing else. I asked the sales rep how many services did he think would solve the problem. He stated 3-6months or more. After having the service about 5months the problem was solved. Little did I know Id encounter another problem when I called to cancel future services. I was informed that I was in a year contract. Although I agree with the business owner about disputing a cancelation fee, I should have read what I was signing. However, I feel its poor business and sales ethics to not verbally communicate all terms with clients prior to signing any document. Lesson learned "read what your signing". read more

I did a one time spray inside and outside of the home and I'm still seeing bugs inside. The technician told me they would come out for free if we needed but when I called i was told that's not the case because I didn't buy the more expensive service which guaranteed me for 60 days. I paid a $135 for 1 time service.. guess that's not enough now days. They did offer me another service for $35 but why am I going to pay them again? I should have went with another provider and probably read my sales contract with them instead of just relying on what the guy told me on the phone. read more

I had Insect IQ for over 5 yrs and had a discrepancy on one of my bills. Their billing department charged me an additional $45 that they refused to remove or negotiate. I even spoke with the owner of the company to give him the opportunity to keep me as a customer, but he did not care to lose a customer because he has many more. They definitely live up to their name, very much have the IQ of an INSECT. They came out multiple times without calling or scheduling as requested, we have a Dog in the back yard and needed to unlock our gate and put our Dog inside, and they came out when we were not home and only sprayed out front but billed for a full job. Made multiple requests not to spray on rain days but continue to show up. We also live in a gated community and advised them of the gate code, again they never could remember it and had to call us asking for it. read more

Called them for an ant problem that was beyond the usual ant trap capabilities. The were prompt, professional, and reasonable. Two treatments were recommended...1st one got almost all of the bugs on our property, inside and out. 2nd one got a stubborn bunch of ants near our kitchen sink. No more problem!!! Pushy salespeople, inadequate service when the actual spray took place, did not swipe down webs and saw spiders almost immediately after the service, both inside and outside. The person who did our service said to call them back if we saw bugs in or out of the house after about 1 week, and they would re-spray. We did see bugs, so we called back, and they said we would receive nothing. Extremely disappointed and will never use them again. If you're looking for high-quality, reasonable service, go to Cornerstone instead. read more
