Over the last weekend I battled a large amount of ants and felt overwhelmed, so I decided to look for a professional. I messaged insect IQ on Sunday and provided pictures. I got a quick response by Monday and after a few more questions a very reasonable quote so I decided to give them a try. The sign up was easy and customer service was very helpful. We were able to schedule an appointment for that Wednesday ( today ) and set up a client portal for all my billing and account needs. We had the pleasure of Jeremy out for our initial spray. He was very prompt, polite, informative, and respectful of the times ( keeping distance, wearing a mask and shoe covers ) I felt comfortable allowing him in my home to spray. He did a great job on the exterior with webs, wasp nests, and of course spraying. We have animals so he let us know to keep them inside until the solution has time to dry. At the end he knocked on our door to let us know he was finished and made sure we didn't have any other questions or concerns. So far so good! My husband and I are very happy with Insect IQ and give two thumbs up to Jeremy! read more

We've been with Insect IQ for quite some time now and have always been satisfied with their customer service, especially dealing with any problems. The one thing I requested was to have the same technician each time. I was told that this would not be a problem. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed when a new technician showed up last month....no phone call, no heads up, nothing....I would of appreciated a simple phone call saying that we were going to have a new technician and if there were any problems...just to call. I thought customer service/ satisfaction was top priority for Insect IQ...unfortunately I feel their standards have fallen...It may be time you look for another company. read more

They're always here at the beginning of the time window they give you. All techs are courteous and knowledgeable. The service appts take less then 15 minutes. I've had this service for over a year now and not disappointed. read more

I have been a customer for 5 years and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. They always come out quickly when you call about a pest and always give you a courtesy call the day before your scheduled visit. We have lived at a total of 3 houses and have never had a problem as far as a pest they have treated, coming back. Highly recommend going with this smaller family owned company; truly great customer service. read more

Love this company! David Sanchez came to service my home and as always with this company i was completely satisfied and felt protected when he was done. He is extremely polite and courteous and even remembered that we had birds living in our eves. Thank you for making me feel special read more

Caleb was professional, kind and knew exactly what to do to help get rid of our ants.

Pushy salespeople, inadequate service when the actual spray took place, did not swipe down webs and saw spiders almost immediately after the service, both inside and outside. The person who did our service said to call them back if we saw bugs in or out of the house after about 1 week, and they would re-spray. We did see bugs, so we called back, and they said we would receive nothing. Extremely disappointed and will never use them again. If you're looking for high-quality, reasonable service, go to Cornerstone instead. read more

I highly recommend this pest control company there technician are very professional, but the best part is that they get the job done. I have surveillance cameras all around my house, and I see this guys not messing around they do several treatments (different spray insecticides ect) and literally spray around all the perimeter of the house, side walk line, fence line, all the lot, ect, ect. 4 years ago they did a completely different thing as I had a different problem (pest) and I have to say those pest are bye bye RIP 4 years ago. Thanks Insect I Q read more

Great service at a great price. The technician answered all my Concerns and most of all I'm pest free!

Insect IQ does a great job...we are insect free! Plus, they are very friendly and helpful if any questions arise.

Very quick to respond, we inquired about monthly pest control and they gave us a quote right away - they are reasonably priced. Very friendly, the whole process was easy to sign up. Would definitely recommend for those looking for regular pest control. read more

I have been with Insect IQ for about 7 years or so. I want to say since I've started the service I have never had any problems with insects, spiders, or anything. I have had service with another company in the past and the service was not even close to the service that Insect IQ provides. Also, the employees in the field and the office are very professional. I highly recommend. read more

10 Stars for Tony! Went above n beyond when I asked about our other property...made calls to get me the answers I requested all without leaving my side and still performing the service. Multitasking king this guy!! And all with a genuine smile...really cool...!! read more

Your Review: (5 Stars)We just love Blake & Insect IQ!!!!! It's an "order service and forget it" routine! We had a problem, we called Insect IQ, requested Blake from previous service, he came, fixed the problem, and we forget sometimes how it was "before blake". It is a wonderful business, and Blake is a great service tech! In one word . . . dependability. One less thing we have to worry about! Thanks for your great service, Blake!! read more

blake always provides exceptional service in his work and his customer service. he is consistent and reliable. you are a great company because of him! thank you blake again! read more

Always on time, always pleasant, they are the best.

Never have I had a pest service do such a thorough job. The technician went over my entire yard inspecting and treating for ants especially. I have had other big name services try and resolve the issue to no success. The IQ technician also provided some explanation as to what might be attracting the ants, so that I may help to prevent issues in the future. The knowledge and courtesy I received from Aben our tech was great! I highly recomend there service. read more

I have been a customer for several years,. I changed once and immediately returned because of the professional service and customer service I received from Insect IQ staff. I have a cat and a dog and neither have been sick. If I forget to unlock the gate to the back they will reschedule an appt to do the back. Which blows me away since I was the one who failed to unlock the gate. Great Business. I would highly recommend their service. read more

Our home was serviced by Insect IQ today. Mong was professional, yet friendly. He did a great job getting rid of the numerous spider webs hanging around the house, especially the second story eaves. I give Insect IQ five stars for their initial contact with me (very nice!), professional staff, most reasonable prices, frequency of service (bi-monthly), and speed in replying to my request for quote and initial start date (one day after signing the agreement). read more

Absolutely the best company I have dealt with in a long time, anywhere. They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it and for half the price of the "big" guys. They were polite and courteous to myself as well as my tenants. They really went out of their way to do a great job. read more

I called Insect IQ for a quote on getting some service. They were able to come talk to me within an hour of call. A rep named Jacob stayed and answered my questions and was so pleasant and knowledgeable. I felt he was very honest and I did not feel any pressure for a sale of service at all. Thank you Jacob. I haven't started a service yet, but already impressed with this company. read more

If you want a terribly organized company, they are for you. After canceling services three times, they still called to try to come out and spray. We cancelled services because they could not seem to follow simple directions or actually make and keep an appointment. What a disappointment , now a year later they are trying to get us to pay for services never given! Unbelievable! read more

I never thought of looking for a pest control company on yelp. I am so glad my wife told me to look for one. I decided to send a direct message to the seven companies yelp recommended for quick replies. Insect IQ was the first company to reply to my message. I don't think more than five minutes went by before I had a message from Josh. I am in the wedding industry and I understand Customer Service. Josh was so prompt to not only reply to all my messages but to also have one of his employees (Aben) call me and set up an appointment. The customer service was outstanding. Two days later Aben called me again to let me know he was on his way. He was so thorough...went through the whole house with me from the inside to the outside. And showed me what he recommended. They will be my only choice for pest-control from now on! If you are looking for outstanding customer service and a great company I recommend Insect IQ. read more

My experience with Insect IQ has been great , the technicians are always very friendly and knowledgeable. The two technicians I've had the pleasure of dealing with were very respectful, friendly and on time . I have dealt with other pest company's and this one is by far the best in customer service and pricing! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a pest service. read more

I dont do many reviews but felt compelled after an amazing first experience. I was having major ant problems and none of my home treatments were working, actually felt like I had made it worse. I called insect IQ after reading all the reviews and got on a rountine service. After this initial start I feel more at ease without the hassle of these tiny insects. The tech was very friendly super informative found the problem and as he said it "killed the source". Tony is an amazing tech. He took care of everything I had problems with and even took down all of the webs on my fence line. I am very thankful to have them on my side. Thanks again. read more

i always prefer to deal with local business's not the big corporate chains. but i made a mistake and went with insect iq they were very nice but they don't tell you that if you have to cancel that you will have to pay a $200.00 cancelation fee. since i lost my job and had to move out of state. it is amazing that they tell me that i signed the contract and it was on there. well when i looked at it they had no problem to put 13 twice in there for the months of contract and they write out the two hundred cancelation fee. very shady business practices because they don't verbally disclose it. and they say car people are dishonest?? read more

I am VERY pleased with the owner's expertise and professionalism. I have been with this company for a year now they even treat my rental properties from time to time. I HIGHLY recommend their service! Very happy. read more

always do a great job on spider webs and technician is always on time best pest service I have had.

The BEST pest control company out there. No contest. Tony leaves nothing to chance when it comes to keeping our entire property cleared of pests. Having just moved into a house and yard that were infested with fleas, we all had flea bites and our dogs were being eaten alive. We would walk outside and would have fleas jumping on our pants legs. It was horrible! We needed a professional pest control service. I've tried several companies in the past that started out well, but they all became almost a drive-by service. Barely out of the truck and a few spot sprays and they were gone. Sometimes they didn't even do the back yard but would stop quickly spray about a 10 foot section of the foundation and leave the invoice on the door. What a rip off! So where to turn? I was hoping for an honest dependable company that would do the job right every time. Thank goodness I spoke to Josh at Insect IQ! We were lucky enough to get Tony assigned to our home. He is without a doubt the most dedicated pest control expert out there. He is friendly, professional, and he takes his job seriously. He loves what he does and speaks highly of his company, his boss, and his coworkers. As most of you know, that is rare these days! Ok. Back to the point...what happened to the fleas? They were wiped out! All of them! We haven't had another problem since. Dogs are happy, we are happy! As a side benefit, the ant problem has also gone away. ;) And as far as wanting a company that is honest and does a good job every time? There has never been a time that Tony has skimped in any way. Not with spray, not with time, not with making sure every time that we are happy with the service. I've never experienced another company where customer service is really truly their number one priority. If you're looking for a pest control company, look no further! read more
