Locally I've done a couple of floors that were sold by this outfit and the flooring was Top Shelf material. Never dealt with the staff. Well now my second customer that I've sent to this place has come back to me complaining about the service there. The last time it happened it really annoyed me because these kids I sent there are just looking for good advice on what material to use to replace the floors in their entire house. Easy to please and motivated... So so I figure a courtesy call would be a good idea since I don't want to refer people to poor vendors. It just reflects badly on me. Well, I call ask for a manager and Tony suggested I just talk to him. I tell him my story as best I can because all he wants to do is interrupt me everytime I try to start a sentance. So I shut up and let him talk while he tries to tell me the customers could have been the problem and how he needs specifics so he can address them "properly". What an idiot. I I let him up put a few Choice words and told him it was the last referral he was going to get. No wonder Home Depot and Company putting these idiots out of business. Do yourself a favor. Don't even bother with them. You'll thank me later. And maybe old Tony will figure out the best sales tool is open ears and a closed cakehole.....yeah, probably not.

The Tile Shop started out really well, dropped the ball but recovered their own fumble so I guess 4…read morestars is in order. Let me recap. I spied this store one morning on our way to a new fave breakfast place. We are on year 2 of a three year plan to finish updating our condo. We have the great room left to go which has mainly wood but a tiled entry way. We had looked at a home improvement store but their tile selection was pretty limited. The selection here was vast even within our specifications, 13 inch porcelain floor tile. We found one we really liked and purchased it painlessly. We even got free delivery if we selected Friday as our delivery which we did. Here's the fumble - my husband waited for a phone call that never came and no delivery, giving up golf. He called late in the afternoon and there were some mumbled excuses but then an offer to bring it out that night or the next morning, time of our choice. Sure enough, the tile arrived at nine am, right on time. Only it wasn't the delivery truck, it was our salesman. Way to recover; it doesn't give my husband back his day but he took responsibility and made it right! I would go here again but I would call in the morning to make sure that delivery was actually going to arrive!

Ask for Scott, you won't be sorry, if you don't you will be sorry!!

Despite my attempts to clean and deodorize it, it still reeked, and I was embarrassed to have anyone over. The 2nd rug was heavily soiled and damaged after storm damage to my roof turned the upstairs into a construction zone. It was discolored, and I had given hope of salvaging it, so it was stored in my basement for several years. The 3rd rug just needed a good deep cleaning. Robert was punctual for his initial appointment, and explained what he would do to treat and clean the rugs, particularly the first two. His quote was fair, especially given the work required. They picked up and hauled off the rugs, and gave me an estimated work time, and he kept me up to date. The rugs required more time than initially estimated, but Robert made sure I knew in a timely manner, so I never had to follow-up with him. He delivered the rugs back today, and all I can say it WOW! He did an amazing job on all three, but I'm most impressed with the results of the first two rugs. There is absolutely no odor, they are dirt and dust free, and he was able to restore the color on the 2nd rug. Robert and his colleague were professional, punctual, and easy to work with. I appreciate every aspect of this transaction. I will highly recommend him to anyone in need of cleaning services, especially with area rugs. Thanks Robert!

Not so much the job they did, (the cleaning was exceptional) but more so some practices that were border line unprofessional. 1. Calling last minute saying your 20 mins away rather than prescheduling an exact time along with the day we had previously discussed 2days prior. 2. Utilizing my household appliances to perform duties that one would consider are apart of the services I'm paying you to provide. (If not it should be stipulated) Clogging them and spending 10 minutes beating it on the floor to unclog it. 3. Price variation: I was charged $140 previously for 2 rooms and a hallway, this time I did 3 rooms and a hallway for $185. The problem lies with me being charged an extra $25 dollars if he would have to move the couch to a fro to clean up under it. The thing is that I moved everything myself and when the time came for the couch to be moved he knocked on the back room door and I came to move that also, AND HE STILL CHARGED ME THE EXTRA $25!!!‍
