I'm a big scary cat when it comes to gooing to the dentist. The Innovative team are, caring, wonderful and so sweet. It starts when you check in, the Dentist and then feeling Amazing after you get your teeth clean. I'm not a scary cat any longer. Thank you so much for making each appointment such a wonderful experience. Joni read more

I have been seeing Dr. Ebner and her staff for about 3 years now. I have had routine cleaning, a cavity filled and my most recent is a crown. The staff is highly educated and extremely courteous. Dr. Ebner is a wonderful Dentist. read more

I have been coming to Innovative Denistry for about 4-5 months. Dr. Ebner and her team are polite, professional and are accepting of new methods in dental care. Additionally, the hygienist Melissa does a great job evaluating/cleaning teeth. No one loves going to a dentist but this is by all accounts a trustworthy establishment. read more

I am very pleased with my cleaning today. Unfortunately I didn't get the lady that did it for me but she did a wonderful job. Dr Ebner always makes sure she gives me pointers on how to take care of my teeth. Thank you ladies! read more

The worst dental place. Not holistic at all. After looking t my daughter's which has swollen back tooth. She recommended to remove all her wisdom teeth (which I understand that if necessary it would need to be done) I mention that dentists now are moving away from removing wisdom teeth if not necessary. Immediately in front of my daughter , she told me that not true. Dentists recommending removing the teeth at a young age regardless so no complications on the future. A bunch of bs. She even proceed to say that if that was my daughter, she would have done it at 16 or so. Thanks goodness it's not her daughter. I wanted to find a holistic dentist that understands, her comment to my daughter was not necessary. read more

Great experience with doctor and staff! First, we were late due to I-10 roadwork but the office was accommodating. Once we arrived, Dr. Ebner and her team took time to accurately assess my elderly mom's dental issues, provided quality care, along with a feasible, holistic plan going forward. Most thorough and effective dental experience in years! No products or unnecessary procedures pedaled which is a relief. Mom is happy and we are confident in Dr. Ebner's care so that is worth 10 stars in my book! Plus, great office music too! read more

Detail oriented practice that Takes the time to explain the process to their patients very well.

All staff are very welcoming and kind. Dr.Ebner is very patient and has made me feel comfortable during every visit. I have had a tooth pulled along with bone grafting, teeth cleaning, and restoration for a crown so far. read more

I went to Dr Ebner for a general cleaning and exam, and when she advised me to replace 2 fillings I didn't hesitate. Dr Ebner was careful, gentle, and did not push me or try to upsell me when the exam showed my fillings were questionable. Also, Dr Ebner and her staff were so helpful when I had an issue with my insurance; they went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. I would recommend Dr Ebner in a heartbeat. She provides excellent care. I highly recommend Dr Ebner. read more

The staff is so friendly, accommodating and provides quality care - I cannot recommend Innovative Dentistry more!

This dentist is AMAZING you guys! I just moved to Phoenix a month ago and knew something was up with my tooth. I needed to establish care at a new dentist and I'm so glad I chose this spot. I've never been treated so kindly at any dentist or doctor's office in my life. Dr.Ebner is a gem, she's so kind, hilarious, and very very good at what she does. I had to get a crown, which is never fun, but somehow it wasn't that bad because of this place and the amazing staff. Deon is my boy, he's friendly, kind, funny, and is SO knowledgeable. Honestly, this whole place is inviting, very beautiful, and makes you so comfortable. Not to mention the intake form, they really want to make sure you have a comfortable experience. They ask if you have anxiety about going to the dentist etc... Allssoooo, the dentist chairs have little massagers in them, which is SO cool. AND they have flatscreens on the ceiling that you can choose any movie you want from Netflix, and they give you headphones. So if you're laying back for an hour or so getting a crown or whatever, you can just watch an entire movie. SO sick! Thank you to the entire staff here, and Dr.Ebner, I appreciate you all so much. read more

Went to another practice for years and years. Initially that practice had one dentist, soon there was a different dentist every time. One of those Dentists was Dr. Ebner a few years ago when she was moving from her Orange County location to here. I loved her! At that time, I couldn't find where she was located and Advanced Dental couldn't give out the info. However, she's unforgettable. Fast forward probably 2-3 years, when I was in the same building as her office, saw her name on the practice in the front entry, walked in and yes it was her! I immediately canceled my old Dentist appointments and made an appt for myself and my son. I couldn't be happier - the level of comprehensive care that she has given me and my son is incredible. She detected grinding, a frenulum issue, checks your neck for cancers, confirmed that the "white fillings" that were advised to replace my silver fillings are not strong, like the silver ones were and that's why I needed continual re-do's. She's innovative (like her name), has new products, isn't a salesperson for $200 toothbrushes & $500 whitening. She is conservative re: premedicating with any orthopaedic implants and quoted literature regarding infections post hip replacements. The office is super nice. The staff text you and are also accommodating. She says hi to her patients when they're in the waiting room. She remembers peoples names. She truly cares and loves what she does. Even my Dental Hygienist was incredible. This is how a business should be run. Very grateful to be well taken care of. Thank you! read more

I've had issues with my teeth for as long as I can remember. Recently I moved to Arizona and needed a dentist desperately. I walked into the dentist with fear, which soon dissipated as I was treated with kindness and empathy from every member of the team. Dr. Ebner is by far the best dentist I've ever had (I've had a good handful.) She carefully explains what needs to be done and why in a non judgmental way that helps ease any fears. I had to have a tooth pulled, I expected to be in pain for days. However, the approach Dr. Ebner took, using platelets from my blood to help ease recovery, left me needing no more than a few Advil the night of the procedure. Surprisingly, I woke up the next day in zero pain the next day. This office is the reason I no longer hate going to the dentist, in fact I always find my appointments to be enjoyable, the energy in the office is always positive. I truly feel lucky to have found this practice and I highly recommend Innovative Dentistry to anyone in search of top quality dentistry with a down to earth, genuine, empathetic, thorough, holistic minded approach. read more

One thing I always do when determining the accuracy of a negative yelp review, is reading the review carefully to see if the complaints are legitimate, and reading the business response. If the business apologizes, even for negative reviews that obviously weren't their fault, that's a big plus. But if the business attempts to excuse the review, and blame the customer, huge red flag! Obviously you can see which route Biltmore went... Jennifer, you're a great very good dentist, but you're not a very good person. You know pretty much everything you said is a lie. And what's sad is you choosing to ignore terrible staff only hurts you, not me. We got our work done, and we didn't have to wait 45 minutes for the local dentist to verify coverage, not once. We only had to drive 10 minutes, and we didn't have to deal with unprofessional, passive-aggressive staff who only care about themselves, and should never work any sort of customer service position, ever. To anyone who doubts my side, don't take my word for it, scroll the other negative reviews here, you'll see a pattern soon enough. read more

Another dentist that won't see you unless you get a Pano X-ray. That is NOT holistic. Pano is on my face, and it gives as much radiation as a CT Scan. Amazing that dentists don't bother to look this up. Besides that, it's my mouth. Regular x-rays should be an option, but here, they are not. Plus, the person I spoke with was rude. Update: Wow, this place waited YEARS before they replied with false information, no less. The point I made is that it should be up to me whether or not I want a pano, not up to you. The other point is that you claim to be "holistic" and many people do not consider x-rays to be holistic. You are right about only one thing - I have not been to your office. All I had to do was CALL and find out you insist on panos. This is why I put that the person I spoke with was rude. BTW, I found an excellent dentist who is not holistic, who is fine with me not having panos. And, no, I'm not a business trying to make you look bad. Also, I do not agree with the numbers you posted as I've seen different ones. I do suggest you grow up as your reply is rather childish (and years late). read more

I knew I needed a deep cleaning and wanted to find a real dentist rather than a chain practice. I found Dr. Ebner and liked the sound of her practice based on the website. I got scheduled right away for a deep cleaning and the hygienist was amazing! She worked quickly and didn't poke around in any area for too long, reducing the normal traumatic experience I usually have at dental visits. Definitely planning to stay with Dr. Ebner and her team long term. I have major dental anxiety and their calm approach was such a success for me! read more

The staff is nice. That's pretty much where the good stuff ends though. If you go here PLEASE triple check everything they tell you. I was given an RX for antibiotics with the directions "take two tablets by mouth three times daily for ten days" but they only gave #32 tablets. The dr instructed me to take 2 GRAMS of vitamin c, but the discharge paperwork states take 2 mg. I was given a quote for a cash pay service at $600+ by one employee. Then when I asked in person for what their "dental membership" cost would be for that same procedure I was told they would "give a deal and charge the insurance allowable price"....which was the exact same price I was previously quoted for cash services. Prior to having any procedures done, they were informed that a previous employer still had a dental plan active for me but that I under no circumstances agreed to them sending claims to the incorrect plan. Surprise surprise when I find out not only did they bill to both dental plans, they also overcharged me per my dental carrier. Extremely frustrating when you can't trust that any answer you're given for anything is accurate. read more

I've now been been a patient of Dr. Ebner's for over 2 1/2 years and have been very happy with her care. In my 51 years I've been to many dentist and she's by far the best. I was won over initially with the compassion she showed me during my first visit when I was dealing with an infected crown that had broken. Since then I've had many procedures done from cleanings to filling cavities and even dental implants. Unlike many dentists she has always been a straight shooter with me, giving me options with no pressure. Her whole team is always friendly and welcoming. read more

Dr. Ebner was amazing. I had a several fillings that had worn out, and they took me in on short notice. The office uses state of the art equipment and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Like most people I avoid going to the dentist, but Dr. Ebner changed that for me. With the techniques she used I barely felt the novocaine if at all. It was the first time I ever found myself laughing in the chair at the dentist office. I would highly recommend Biltmore Innovative Dentistry to anyone who is apprehensive about visiting the Dentist and wants true professionalism in their Dental Services. Dr Ebner is an amazing professional with impeccable credentials. It was amazing to me how much time she was willing to spend to make sure my crown fit perfectly. After moving to Phoenix last year one of my main concerns was choosing a new dentist as I don't particularly enjoy dental visits and even went as far as to schedule a visit with my previous physician on a trip back home. But since scheduling a flight isn't really practical going forward i decided to start searching for someone local. After searching google and reading websites for a couple days I received an ad in the good ole snail mail from Dr. Ebner. For some reason I felt it was a sign and decided to give her a shot. And I could not be happier with my choice. She is patient, personable, gentle...and has years of experience as well. Thank you Dr. Ebner and I look forward to my next visit! read more

My son has special needs and I have not had the best of luck with pediatric dentists. You know, the kind with all the fancy kid decor, jungles, aquarium, or safari; honestly, it was just too much for him. So I went on a mission to find a dentist who could provide quality dental care for him in an environment that did not put him on sensory-overload. Not only did I find the perfect dentist for my son, but my whole family. Dr. Ebner really listens to what you need and remembers what you say. What a concept! When you meet her professional, friendly staff, you immediately feel comfortable. I feel like a person there as opposed to the next person in line. I actually look forward to going there because I get to catch up with everyone and have a good time. That sounds really weird for a dentist office, but it is so true! I also like that the practice is owned and operated by a woman. I think it is important to support women in business in every way I can. read more
