***PLEASE READ*** Dr. Resnick and his staff are absolutely amazing. I had a terrible fall and broke multiple crowns/bridges that I had over the whole top portion of my mouth. I had spent thousands and thousands of dollars on the work I had done at a different dentistry before the fall, and was devastated to think about what the potential cost would be. Outside of the cost, I was embarrassed about my smile. I work in a field that requires me to host meetings, trainings and seminars on a regular basis. All I could think of was that I couldn't smile or talk. In addition to that, the physical pain from my fall was substantial. I had to have an extraction done in addition to the bridge work I needed completed. (Dr. Resinick is essentially an expert extractor. Seriously, I felt nothing.) Dr. Resnick and his staff have done everything possible to make themselves completely available to me while waiting for my extraction site to heal and receive my permanent bridges. They have made sure I am satisfied with the aesthetic look of my temporary bridge, and have constantly communicated with me to check and make sure I'm doing alright. I would never visit anyone else, as the entire staff at Just Smiles has been understanding, patient, consoling, supportive and are very, very good at what they do. Thank you, thank you, thank you!! This is a great guy and a better dentist. I am a patient of his now for five years and, after going through seven other dentists, I found my home with him and his staff. This guy is the exception to the rule - he is honest, competent, and actually really cares about you as a person. He actually believes that if you give great health care to people, the rest will all take care of itself and that is his laser like focus - he wants to take care of people. You can count on three things: 1. he actually cares about you and puts your interest in front of his own. 2. He will always do the best thing for you. 3. He will always tell you the best thing to do in his opinion but let you decide. My very strong suggestion is to do whatever he thinks is best. It has never done me wrong. The last thing I will say about Doc (as I call him), is he is great with anxious patients - and I am definitely one of them. He will take the time to talk to you about procedures, and even to check up on you after them if he thinks you are worried or he is worried about you. This guy actually cares about giving great health care to people, as I said before, and I have to say that there is nobody else I would ever go to so long as he will see me. Anytime someone tells me, "oh yeah you should try my dentist, they're pretty good", I'm immediately like, "you don't know good until you meet my dentist". Literally, dr Resnick and the whole staff are soooo awesome, and hilarious! I have never had a dentist reach out to me with a follow up to see how I was doing. And Dr Resnick does this every time I go in. He's relatable and personable. And I can't say enough about the assistants, they are all so awesome. I was referred to him by my boss and I've referred people to him as well. The staff just makes an uncomfortable experience feel just fine. I go in and sit down in the chair to prep for whatever work is needed, uptight.... and by the end of the experience, I'm practically falling asleep. So this is good. Great energy and great people. Everything everyone says about Dr. Resnik being amazing is totally true! I am someone who as a young adult is still terrified of the dentist and I was terrified when I was living abroad in Brazil and found out that I would need to take my wisdom tooth out. I kept putting it off and when I came home a second wisdom tooth grew in. I found a Groupon for Dr. Resnik's office and read all the great reviews and figured it would be my best bet. I am so happy I did! The actual extractions didn't even last a minute! I didn't feel loopy from the anesthesia and the service of both him and his staff was excellent from the moment I walked in through the door. He actually talks to you and even jokes that you better answer him because he will be calling you later to check up on you. He actually cares about his patients and his effort to maintain that doesn't stop when you walk out the door. The procedure was less than two hours ago and I haven't had any complications or swelling (let's keep it that way!). If you need to get your wisdom teeth out, go to his office! I am very late in submitting this review of my all-time best Dentist in my 78 years of life. I was referred to Dr. Stephen Resnick at least ten tears ago. I have referred Dr Resnick and his outstanding staff many, many times. Both my wife and I have had lots of procedures expertly handled by Dr. Resnick and his caring family of associates. Recently I had a large molar removed, it took about 3 minutes and with no pain, discomfort, sutures, etc. On top of all this, Dr. Resnik even called my home later that night just to check up on me. That is not the first time he has gone out of his way to provide this very high standard of care for both my wife and I. Does your Dentist ever do that? If you want the very best dental care at an affordable price from people who really care about you as an individual, just give them a call. Don't put off the dental care you might need because you are concerned about any pain or discomfort. Just Smiles is an amazing dental office, from the phone call I made and got in the next day. The friendly voice said it would be OK, as I had a severe tooth and gum ache and was in tears as I made the appointment. Megan the voice on the phone was warm, and helpful. Meeting Melissa who took my Xrays and cleaned the teeth she could, took me in right away and told me it would all be OK... Comforting was key as I have not had to have dental work done in some time other than cleanings. She gave me a quick tour and showed me the office and made me feel very comfortable. After Xrays and cleaning I went to meet Dr. Resnick, a fellow New Yorker.. He quickly analyzed my ache and we decided it needed extraction... I recently moved from Michigan where I always had my family dentist of 20 years. It was very tough to find a dentist out here, I tried a couple places, I felt taken advantage of with my treatment, typically left in pain, overall experiences that added to my dental anxiety I already had. A friend recommended Dr. Resnick to me, and after one visit he truly felt like my family dentist I had to leave in Michigan. I had a tooth extraction a couple months back, he followed up with me later that night to make sure I was doing okay. I have never met a dentist that gives out his personal phone number to patients, and follows up after an extraction or something as small as a cavity. I actually had a visit with him today for a cavity -- I told him that was the first time I have left a dentist office in years without wanting to crying during a procedure, which for someone who has anxiety from the dentist was a huge deal to me! Today was my first appointment and I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The staff was friendly, helpful, and seemed genuinely interested in me and my health. The office is clean, friendly and inviting. I was also surprised at the lengths they went to for a minor request that I had. The night before my appointment my girlfriend wanted to make a wager on how many cavities I might have. I asked my hygienist, Deann, if she could give me some proof of the fact that I had none. At first she had a co-worker trying to print something from the computer, but when that didn't go according to plan she went in back and hand wrote a certificate declaring me a member in the No Cavity Club. If I knew how to upload a picture of it here I would. If you're looking for a dentist and want a place that is friendly, gentle, and very customer/patient focused this is your place. I am beyond pleased with my experience at Just Smiles!! I previously went to another dentist to get checked out since I did not find the time to be seen for a couple of years. The dentist there informed me that I had several cavities. I had a feeling to get a second opinion. I decided to schedule an appointment with Just Smiles since a family friend was seen by them and only had wonderful things to say about the staff and dentists here. Due to my chaotic schedule, I did have to wait a couple of weeks to be seen, but it was well worth the wait. The dentist was very kind and professional. He took the time to listen to my symptoms and concerns regarding my previous visit with the other dentist that I saw. After looking over my X-rays, he informed me that I did not have a single cavity. I am so grateful for finding this place since they really do care about their patients and have outstanding morals and values! read more

I had to get my tooth pulled and I found a coupon on Groupon. It was very cheap but pretty far from me. I was extremely nervous, I walked in and it was so peaceful and very clean. I was greated by the nicest blond lady and then another person took me back to get xrays she was so kind and helped me calm down. She walked me threw the office and told me everything she was doing. The dentist was so kind and so honest about what my options where and what he was doing. He really made me feel so comfortable. It was very fast and no pain at all. At the end of the procedure the assistant told me the dentist would call me to check up I couldn't believe it. This is the best,cleanest,kindest dentist office I have ever been to. Unfortunately I was so nervous I forgot all there names but I was so well taken care of and felt so comfortable the distance was defiantly worth the drive. Thank you read more

My girlfriend reccomended me stephen Resnick after I told her that I needed a new dentist. Man, Stephen is the perfect dentist. I'm glad I found him. He does a great job and his office is great. The front desk staff are very nice especially Christina. She was very nice with me even after I made her job a living hell after giving her the wrong insurance information multiple times. The dental hygienist is very careful and good at what she does. She made sure that I was comfortable and shared a lot of good dental hygiene knowledge with me. And Stephen Resnick did a great job fixing my cavity. He has a lot of experience and his work shows for it. He's very caring and patient oriented. Made sure to know he's 24/7 for any emergencies. Dr Resnick is wonderful!! If you have to go through the annoying process of getting your wisdom teeth removed, go to Dr. Resnick, the MASTER. He makes the process so seamless without having to go through extensive procedures to make it happen. I had 3 "regular" cases and 1 partially impacted and he was able to pull all three seamlessly while another doctor quoted me 2.5x to over 6x as much depending if I was going to have to use laughing gas or IV sedation, neither of which I had to use and was totally comfortable. And that doctor told me he was going to have to CRACK BONE to get to my impacted tooth. So so happy I checked with Dr Resnick based off his great reviews!! He really has mastered the art of wisdom tooth extractions. The staff also is great! If I lived closer I would use them as my regular practice!! read more

My family and I have visited Dr. Resnick a few times now and have determined that Just Smiles is THE best dental care available in the greater Phoenix area. We've been to several over the last few years looking for a good dentist, and feel like we finally found a GREAT one. Best experience I've had with a dentist since I was a kid (even with my last visit to Dr. Resnick being for an extraction...lol). He is caring and calm, yet handles his work with efficiency and passion. His staff are a reflection of him as well, everyone is so kind and compassionate and are really good about making you feel comfortable. Very professional, yet personable. I can't say enough great things about this dentistry and Dr. Resnick. I HATE going to the dentist more than anything in the world. I have had awful experiences in the past from several other dentists. I was referred to Just Smiles/Dr. Resnick from several people I work with that go there. I had to get a wisdom tooth pulled that I have put off for over 2 years. Dr. Resnick told me it would take 30 seconds without any problem. He was RIGHT and there was NO PAIN when he did it. The Dr. also called me later that night to check on how I was. Wow! The staff is all so nice, and I have not had to wait more than 1 minute for my scheduled appointments (been there 3 times so far). Dr Resnik et al is a premier dentists practice. I don't say this lightly. I have been to many starting at a very young age, so much so I never went back for a very long time. A colleague at work suggested I go to Just Smiles and told me a story where he broke a tooth and called Dr Resnik and he came in early the next day, on his day off, to repair his tooth. I made and appt that dayand over the next 6 months Dr Resnik placed 3 bridges, multiple crowns and repaired multiple cavities. He got me back on "program" and I see him now religious every six months and my teeth have never looked better. if you are one of the many people who hate going to the dentist and refuse to make a appt......please give this clinic one chance you will not regret it, I promise!! read more
