Bryan first came out and greeted us, I didn't feel pushed or pressured to do anything but I was curious about a vehicle they had. I got to test drive it and inspect it, guy was honest and laid back. Decided to purchase the vehicle and the financing guy, Logan, was just the same way. Chill, laid back, and didn't try selling me any unnecessary stuff. I was also promised a window replacement for the car and a minor code fix from the engine light. Both were fixed the following week as promised with no extra cost to me, as promised. All in all, good dealership, they kept their promise, and I just wished I got to meet the owner that day to thank him for the great experience. I'm now a proud owner of a mustang GT 5.0. Wish more dealerships were like this one!

We are not experiencing any issues, and we took our car in for a regular service (oil, etc). They came back and recommended two services that are north of $200 each. Based several queries to Google (AI), neither service is necessary yet on our car. When I asked more questions about one of the services, the answer was "not based on issues, but based on length of time and mileage". Well, our mileage is low and we don't drive it that much. It feels like I'm back in the old days, when there were stories of dealerships trying to sell "blinker fluid". Love the car, but super disappointed in Honda service. As soon as we can, we'll seek other places to get service. In the meantime, we'll treat every recommendation as "probably not needed," and questing the heck out of the service people. I had a disappointing experience with CA Russell Ford in Anniston. While at the showroom I was…read moretold about a car that was available at their Springville location. It met the criteria of what I was looking for (age, mileage, price). The salesman called Springville to see if the car was still available and was told it "maybe just went under contract". It was later determined that the car was indeed available and could be brought to the Anniston location later that day. We came to terms price-wise and I went home, expecting a call later in the day when the car arrived so I could do a test-drive. When I'd heard nothing by 5pm I texted the salesman and was told "It won't be today but we can get our hands on it". I knew the car was in Springville because their salesman had facetimed my salesman and showed him/us the car. I never heard from my salesman again. I suspect they leveraged my offer with that vague "maybe contract" to get more $$ for the car. You'd think Anniston would offer me a deal on something else to make up for this but nothing. Obviously the bottom dollar is more important to CA Ford than keeping customers happy.
