There is a stunning lack of professionalism and accountability as well as disrespect for the customer (at least in my case). This list is by no means exhaustive of my negative experiences, just the highlights: 1. I received an errant text from one of their sales managers referring to me by my last name in insulting terms. I immediately pointed it out, never got an apology for it. 2. My wife had to come up to do paperwork while I was at work, her first comment after being there a very short time was that the finance manager was extremely disrespectful, sarcastic, and condescending to my salesperson in my wife's presence, so much so that it made my wife uncomfortable. This salesperson quit before my purchase of the car was complete. 3. The car initially stayed at the dealership for tinting; a few days after taking possession of the vehicle, I noticed a number of cosmetic issues and blemishes that I had not seen during the test drive involving numerous scratches on the door pillars, scratches on the gear shifter plate, and a paint defect. It looked as if someone had dried the car with debris on the towel and scratched the plastic parts. When I sent pictures to the new salesperson I had been assigned to, I was told these things "should have been caught prior to sale" and "we should've never put that car out there on the lot like that". 4. I was assured by the finance manager that they had a "whole fleet of loaner cars" should anything arise with my new purchase. After the issues came to light, I waited weeks so that I could leave my car for inspection/rectification of the issues, yet no loaner car became available. Was then told they "certainly don't have a fleet, we don't have nearly enough". 5. One of the issues is a paint defect on the back hatch; I was told by both the salesperson and the service manager that it could be fixed under warranty but that I was taking the risk of the new paint not matching the old. At that point, I was told by both that I could likely opt for a reimbursement and forego repainting. I spoke about the concern with the paint not matching and that I'd rather opt for a reimbursement if possible with the same sales manager that insulted my last name. He said he'd look into it. A week later I'm told that the "body shop does good work I don't see where it wouldn't match" despite what the service manager told me. No-one would just say I'm sorry for all the trouble and offer to take responsibility for making everything right. If I could just take this car back and go spend more money on a different car, I happily would. Barring that, if I could get my service transferred elsewhere I'd jump at the chance. I have been insulted, mislead, and given the runaround quite enough.

I called this agency about a truck they were advertising. Even though the price has been…read moreconsistently priced for several days, when I called about it, it suddenly was $10,000 higher. The guy on the phone was short and rude. When I called, I was very polite and mentioned I was interested in two of his trucks. When He told me the price of the first one and its "new cost" I politely responded that this truck runs new at that price. He lashed back, "then go buy one brother". I was a bit stunned and said, "excuse me"? He repeated his statement even louder, "then go buy one Brother"! At that comment, I decided not to ask about the second truck because this man's complete rudeness and belligerence. He lost a potential deal because it was the second vehicle I was most interested. After the call I looked up their agency online and was not surprised to find it looked like a complete dump with a scattering of vehicles sitting around with no organizational appeal . Given that this man was rude at his belligerent insistence to call me "brother" as well as well as the sudden price hike and the pictures of this run-down place, I am very, very happy I did not ask about the second vehicle as this man's rude temperament went along with the condition of this agency. I would avoid this auto sales at all costs!

Promised us there were no issues!! What a LIE!!! The car had been a money pit and needed so much work. Paid $6700.00 AND have dumped $4000.00 more already. Just so our son can drive in a safe car. After 30 minutes passed he showed the biggest theatrics saying that the car caught on fire on the way from the shop. I can only assume that the car was never ready. I believe that he was trying to do a bait and switch in attempts to have me buy a different vehicle. He blatantly lied to me and my family about the car being ready knowing that I was spending a lot of money to travel to pick it up. The one fact that I know is he's untrustworthy. He was dressed head to toe in gotti designer clothes, and everything that came out of his mouth seemed to come from ego. All the cars on the lot looked great from afar, but when I looked inside them they were all beat up, like he didn't even try to make them look presentable. Instead of driving home today in a new car, I'm spending an extra $1k to get home.
