When I called a well known shop and they referred me to Langley's, I felt confident they would do good work. I had to wait a few weeks to get in, and they took longer than I expected, but mechanics aren't drive through fast food. Quality work takes time. Prices were fair. (Do you want fast, cheap, or good? Pick two). I dealt with Dennis and Brandon and both guys took the time I needed to communicate and ask questions. They even adjusted the final bill down due to an honest clerical error. They caught it and were up front about it. Also, I'm the kind of vehicle owner that's going to pop the hood and check around for all the little details. Brandon left my car as good as I brought it. No grease spots. No left tools. All fasteners as expected. Do yourself a favor and budget the funds you need to maintain your car before it needs a repair, and trust the guys at Langley's Performance to take good care of your vehicle. My 2 ($465 worth of new tires) were on my rims sitting on ground beside my car the whole time. Nobody was in the shop other than cashier lady. "Mechanics" came back with large McDonalds cups, sipped on them while tightening bolts. Ruined my day, got reprimanded by my work for being out 3+hrs. I saved up for 3 months to spend that $565. Apparently the tech that started the job left with out finishing and no one new. My breaks needed replacing as well so I made an appointment for Friday morning at 8. The car was dropped off and was supposed to be ready before 12pm. I wasn't ready until 1:30pm. No apologies, no concern for anyone elses time. I highly doubt I'll use them again and would not recommend them either. Time is of no consideration for this location so if you value your's go somewhere else. These guys are crooks…read more This dealership bought my 2025 GMC Yukon XL Denali Ultimate -- a documented lemon that I was the original owner of -- at auction. They then sold it to an unsuspecting buyer and told him it was just a goodwill repurchase, not a lemon. How do I know? When the buyer went to register the vehicle, the Georgia DMV sent him a lemon acknowledgment letter. Naturally, he said WTF. The dealership had given him some -- but not all -- of the original service paperwork from my dealership, which had my personal information all over it. Since this dealership was still insisting the car wasn't a lemon (and they failed to redact all of my personal information, including my work and cell phone numbers), the buyer tracked me down to find out what actually happened. The buyer refused to sign the lemon acknowledgment letter, and they were forced to unwind the deal. The Yukon XL Denali Ultimate is now back on their lot waiting to con someone else. I have never spoken with these people directly, but based on everything above, they are the worst of the worst.
