    !!!WARNING - FINANCE DEPARTMENT IS A JOKE - BEWARE!!!…read more If I could give zero stars on the Finance Department, I would. Bought a Grand Cherokee L on October 17, 2024. Finance Manager, Sybrina Moore, was VERY unprofessional. She even refused to provide electronic copies of the ENTIRE sales folder, upon request (consumer protection law violation here). Missing documents include a non-secure POA for the purchase and another for the trade-in; only got the secure POA for the trade-in. Also missing was the first set of odometer forms (got the second set, though). And we were even cheated into buying an appearance protection contract without our consent, when we asked to buy ONLY a service contract...and NOTHING ELSE! Then, she claimed that ALVIN (the title system here in Alabama) was down at the time, and we requested she email the title application to us. She took her sweet time, and we had to resort going back to the dealership in person the following Monday to sign the title application. Later on, I found out that she provided us a paper copy of the WRONG Retail Installment Contract for ANOTHER CUSTOMER. I destroyed it (hoping it's the right thing to do), and went on the USB drive and printed out the right one. I hope she gets fired. During the whole process, we asked for a paper copy of the factory warranty and tire warranty booklets. The salesman told us to talk to finance about that, and she gave us the RUNAROUND by directing us back to our salesman, in which he said they would be mailed to us. And, did we ever get those two booklets? NEVER! Salesman was nice and professional, though. However, we will NEVER buy from this dealership EVER again! If anyone here who is going to deal with the finance department reads this, beware! I really hope this dealership shuts down, or someone local buys them out. EDIT: To elaborate what happened in the finance department, the finance lady did give us a USB with electronic copies of documents. While she was preparing the USB, I told her to select ALL documents that were listed on the computer screen. She did. Then, to my surprise, she started de-selecting certain documents. I told her not to do that, and then she rudely told me she was not allowed to provide copies of certain documents, even though they had our signatures on them. I figured out what was missing on the flash drive: a electronically signed Credit Application, the first set of Odometer forms (we signed two sets for both purchase and trade-in; that makes a total of 4; we were only provided copies of the second set), and non-secure POAs for both purchase and trade-in (we only got the secure version for the trade-in on the USB). After researching consumer protection laws, I've determined that this was a violation of the law, and I had filed an FTC complaint on this incident. I know for a fact that the other dealership I go to (C.A. Russell Ford) is more willing to provide copies of an entire sales jacket, whether paper or electronic, and are very honest and professional. So, to anyone buying a vehicle at Greenway...BEWARE! This dealership group (HQ'd in Orlando) are a bunch of CRIMINALS! Just a PSA: if ANYONE has to deal with these scumbags, and you ask for the complete sales folder on a PDF, then watch their computer screen as they prepare it, and if they deceive you by illegally curating that file when you tell them not to, that's a crime. I encourage ANYONE who encounters these deceptive practices to file not only an FTC complaint, but also pursue action through the BBB and the Alabama AG ASAP! We need this dealership SHUT DOWN ASAP!

The person in charge of this Tabitha, she quit when my truck was "done", which is shifty as is! You took my money, took advantage of me being "sick" out of town, this is the 2nd time your Service department screwed up my truck! The 1st time my tire completely fell off!! I'm going to post everything I have on social media for the World to see how incompetent your dealership is! I completely blame, Julie, & Tony for all this & I'll file a complaint with everything possible & my "boss" at META has agreed to back me on my complaint since it's going to affect me going back to work after I heal from my bypass surgery!     I contacted the dealership via the web about a new F-150 they had on their website. They were…read moreextremely pushy from the start. The salesperson called or texted about a dozen times in a two day period. I told them I would come to the store and look at the truck first of the week. They wanted to make a deal then. The sales manager then called and texted saying they'd deliver the truck late Friday afternoon and do the paperwork remotely. He told me that the dealership needed the money to make payroll and he desperately needed to make the sale right now. No way. I'm not buying a truck sight unseen. As promised, Monday I went to the store to see the truck and as I'm getting ready for a test drive, the sales person says "did anyone tell you about the mileage?". This "NEW" truck had almost 4,000 miles on it. The sales manager then comes out to "bro" me saying he'd take another $1000 off. No thanks, a new vehicle shouldn't roll off the lot half way to the first oil change. I walked and will not go back.
