Bought a 1998 Jeep Wrangler Sahara edition that was traded in on a new car the price was on point and the Jeep had a new top but without the correct support so the dealership got the right supports and made it right. Randall McCaffrey Was my salesperson and we talked over the phone he answered all my questions was very direct and open about the vehicle, since it had been a couple of weeks since he drove it he took it out again and made sure all my concerns were addressed. It also helped he was a long time Jeep owner and was very familiar with the way Jeeps handle and what other Jeepers want in a used one. He replied in a timely manner to all my emails since I was purchasing it online and shipping to my home in NC now but will not even get in it and drive until June. I feel confident the vehicle will be in good working condition and I will be satisfied. The dealership even handled the title paperwork with NC DMV so I didn't have to worry about it and get my friends to do it. I'm very pleased and usually am too lazy to write reviews but always use them to guide me in using businesses so I wanted to make sure I left one about this group. I purchased a new, very hard-to-find, Ford Transit Connect Passenger Wagon. We drove from Birmingham to Heflin because Buster Miles Ford was the only dealer within 100 miles that had what I was looking for. Even with a distinct advantage over us because of the shortage of vehicles from which to choose, we could not have asked for a better experience. Rocky Stemen was unbelievably helpful and never once talked down to this old woman as other sales people have done. I have purchased, on my own, new cars from BMW X 2, Chevrolet x 3, Jeep, Oldsmobile, and Buick over the past 40 years and tonight was the first time anyone has EVER gone through the vehicle with me to be sure I was familiar with all the "bells and whistles" before leaving the dealership. He even synced my phone for me. There were no car-buying games with prices and our trade-in. There was no running back and forth to the Sales Manager, who by the way was as nice and friendly as he could be. I only wish it was not 75 miles from our home so I could go back for service visits. We recently purchased a new 2014 Ford Explorer Limited from Buster Miles and the team there was fantastic. I had not purchased from them before and overall experience with dealers is all over the board. They found us the exact vehicle we wanted (Black on Black Leather) and did not try to push us into "something on the lot".
