He stated that if he didn't have to change out the radiator the price would remain the same. He was supposed to fix the radiator and A/C. He came out the next day with his brother and the brother wife, they were nice people but he didn't honor his word and DID NOT have to replace any parts or remove any parts and didn't fix the a/c. He ONLY tightened the hose on my car and my friend told him it was still leaking!!! He assured me that he would come back the next day and fix the a/c. He charged me $200 just to tighten some hose... he didn't have to replace the radiator, he didn't add any fluids, he took out a part and put it right back!!! when I kept texting and calling he said he's coming the next day. The next day I called and asked if he wasn't gonna finish the a/c can he send $50 back. He ignored the messages.. kept texting he basically replied and said the payment couldn't cover the a/c!! Like what?! I paid you $200 to do absolutely nothing and car start back running HOT.

But they charged me a lot of money! This place is not trustworthy and if you have a high-end car, they will charge you based on that high-end car and not fix the problem. I am not sure what the problem is with these people (maybe they don't like certain people) but something is suspicious about them. I contend that they didn't switch out the parts and just charged me for that issue because you will have the same problem. You can take your chances with them but I would look into another place to avoid the risk. I am not sitting here and the problem has gotten worse. Although I called to complain yet again, they were comfortable with me just contacting the authorities to try to resolve the issue. Make up your mind about using them, but in my opinion, I wouldn't. "They won" in my case, but caveat emptor (Let the buyer beware). Your money is hard-earned so go to someone you trust. Or, just take your chances!
