These guys are crooks…read more This dealership bought my 2025 GMC Yukon XL Denali Ultimate -- a documented lemon that I was the original owner of -- at auction. They then sold it to an unsuspecting buyer and told him it was just a goodwill repurchase, not a lemon. How do I know? When the buyer went to register the vehicle, the Georgia DMV sent him a lemon acknowledgment letter. Naturally, he said WTF. The dealership had given him some -- but not all -- of the original service paperwork from my dealership, which had my personal information all over it. Since this dealership was still insisting the car wasn't a lemon (and they failed to redact all of my personal information, including my work and cell phone numbers), the buyer tracked me down to find out what actually happened. The buyer refused to sign the lemon acknowledgment letter, and they were forced to unwind the deal. The Yukon XL Denali Ultimate is now back on their lot waiting to con someone else. I have never spoken with these people directly, but based on everything above, they are the worst of the worst.

They had furniture pads and a hand truck too which we hadn't previously wanted so I'm glad we were able to get them last minute. Took it to another place for a second opinion-- two of the cylinders were misfiring. A new set of spark plugs and the car drives fine. I highly recommend getting another opinion if you're told your vehicle needs an expensive repair.

Also, while the truck was in there possession the tag was stolen off of it. The lot is not gated and free for anyone to take anything off of your vehicle. I had a disappointing experience with CA Russell Ford in Anniston. While at the showroom I was…read moretold about a car that was available at their Springville location. It met the criteria of what I was looking for (age, mileage, price). The salesman called Springville to see if the car was still available and was told it "maybe just went under contract". It was later determined that the car was indeed available and could be brought to the Anniston location later that day. We came to terms price-wise and I went home, expecting a call later in the day when the car arrived so I could do a test-drive. When I'd heard nothing by 5pm I texted the salesman and was told "It won't be today but we can get our hands on it". I knew the car was in Springville because their salesman had facetimed my salesman and showed him/us the car. I never heard from my salesman again. I suspect they leveraged my offer with that vague "maybe contract" to get more $$ for the car. You'd think Anniston would offer me a deal on something else to make up for this but nothing. Obviously the bottom dollar is more important to CA Ford than keeping customers happy.
