So this morning one of the rear tires on my Tahoe was flat. Got it off and went to him since he's close. Pull up and he's eating a big piece of watermelon. I apologize for showing up in the middle of his break/lunch. He asks what I need and I told him I needed a tire plugged. He asks what load range it is and I look on every square inch of sidewall for 5 minutes and don't see a load range. I'm aware of what those are. I'm at the tailgate of the truck about 10 feet away from him. He tells me I'm wrong that every tire has one listed. I finally said well I don't see one anywhere on here. He then asks what I do for a living like that's supposed to make me feel inferior? I Google it and tell him it says load range E on Google. He then says you shouldn't need the internet, says you're a grown man you ought to be able to figure this out. I jerked that d@mn tire and wheel off the bed of the truck and rolled it RIGHT up to him since he couldn't be bothered to get off his @$$ and prove me wrong. I rolled it to him and said prove me wrong. He says no you're gonna have to set it against the wall and come back in three hours and if it's an E range tire you wasted your time. I said so to save me a potential wasted trip and to possibly not have to leave it here you won't look at the tire and prove me wrong so I know whether I need to leave it or not? Nope. I grabbed my tire and said that's some bull$hit and left. That's not how you do business.
