    This is the most  amazing car dealership I have ever been in throughout my entire life. Bruce Burton sold us our car over 2 years ago, and throughout this entire time, we have been treated as if we are part of a big family. Bruce doesn't even seem like a carsalesman (no offense, Bruce, we LOVE you!), but the people reading this review know what I mean. We've all seen movies with seedy carsalesmen who only want to sell x amount of cars to meet that month's quota. The salesmen don't treat that customer well after the customer signs their name on that dotted line, much less truly care and remember details of their lives and know those things the minute that customer walks back in the dealership after the sale; but Bruce does ALL that and more. Bruce is just absolutely amazing. Now, what Mr. Benton needs to do is get the vehicles on the lot that people want. Every new Plantium Armada on the lot today was white. But, I do have confidence that as soon as what I want hits that lot, Bruce will call me. He always has my back. I honestly think of Bruce as extended family. He is the most valuable asset on that property other than the wonderful people in service that keep my car running and safe for me and my family to be in. Your whole car world is about to completely change forever!! Edit: To note about my service today, I did not give appropriate credit to my service team. I have absolute trust in them!! I just had my pathfinder serviced today and anyone else would have tried to sell me tires, my husband even cautioned me that they were going to try to sell me new tires instead of rotating and balancing my current ones. Did they? No! Brandon New took care of my service today, he said my tires were okay but to keep an eye on them. He asked me how much I was driving now (he knows I'm a nurse and did a contract in Texas 2 years ago and made the drive out there and back a couple of times), I told him I was home now and drove very little. Brandon told me I could probably make it to spring AND he told me that they usually had sales in the fall and spring for buy 3 tires, get 1 free. Just that information alone will save me about $250. Now that is HONESTY!!! And, Brandon took my real life into consideration before making his recommendation, that is QUALITY. I was SO impressed!! Thank you Brandon!!! You are SO APPRECIATED!!

    They call you on your cell phone leaving belching sounds if you don't make a purchase from them! Very juvenile and unprofessional.

    I contacted the dealership via the web about a new F-150 they had on their website. They were…read moreextremely pushy from the start. The salesperson called or texted about a dozen times in a two day period. I told them I would come to the store and look at the truck first of the week. They wanted to make a deal then. The sales manager then called and texted saying they'd deliver the truck late Friday afternoon and do the paperwork remotely. He told me that the dealership needed the money to make payroll and he desperately needed to make the sale right now. No way. I'm not buying a truck sight unseen. As promised, Monday I went to the store to see the truck and as I'm getting ready for a test drive, the sales person says "did anyone tell you about the mileage?". This "NEW" truck had almost 4,000 miles on it. The sales manager then comes out to "bro" me saying he'd take another $1000 off. No thanks, a new vehicle shouldn't roll off the lot half way to the first oil change. I walked and will not go back.

On September 23 my car was totaled due to complete brake failure in my vehicle. My insurance company paid them 4,000 and some change and they had the nerve to tell me I still owe them $2,000 but they would write it off if i pay them 500 down for another car. However, I was told by them they would help me get into another car at little to no cost to me. I shouldn't have to pay a dime for a car, that was totaled 15 days after I purchased it. I paid them 1800, down and I paid my car note on the 20th of September of 360. And they still wanted me to give them money!!! I suggest to never buy from them!!! They sell cars highly overpriced!!! a 2005 Ford Focus, with as many dents as it had, should not be for sale for 8,000. They took advantage of female, and it will never happen again on my part.     I was in an accident, and I needed a tow. The only place available was Skinners, and they said they…read morewould come pick me up and leave my car at their lot until I decided where I wanted my car.... This company is awful. I'm not even sure if they are properly incorporated, have all of their insurance specifications, or keep record of business transacted. (Definitely do not keep invoices, as they fraudulently put you in a tight situation, demand an EXORBANT amount of money, and then cannot even tell you why it cost that much or provide an invoice... Very fraudulent business practices... maybe getting old, trying to retire and come up with as many ways to defraud people through practices that are extremely outside of "commercially reasonable business practices" [which is a legal standard], and they operated outside of this standard on multiple occasions in my situation. After getting them in touch with my insurance company and deciding where to get my car towed, they stated it would cost around $250. THROUGH MY INSURANCE COMPANY, they were supposed to charge the tow, AND THEN take the car to the other shop. Then my insurance company would let me know if I needed to pay them back any. HOWEVER, they towed it to the place AFTER BUSINESS HOURS (not a commercially reasonable business practice), called me in a panic stating, "Hey man, this auto company is not gonna pay the tow and someone has to pay it"....., so of course I stated "why did you not charge it through my insurance yet?" They could not give me an answer. They then stated "if someone does not pay, we're towing it back to our place... I said, "just give me one minute and let me try my insurance real quick (even though they were suppose to charge through the insurance department first) and of course, my agent wasn't available, as it was after business hours (another fraudulent practice against the legal standard of "commercially reasonable business practices" on Skinner's part) So the insurance Agency's closed, and I state "well, since we don't want to have a situation with the 4 same Tow routes, I'll pay for it". Literally 5 minutes after I asked for a couple minutes to sort it out, they said, "Nope, we're already on our way back" which is extreme fraud against Georgia's Fair Business Practices Act ( O.C.G.A. Sections 10-1-390 et seq. )... without notice, they took it back before I could pay so they could rack up the cost.... this is the definition of FRAUD under the Fair Business Practices Act listed. As an attorney, I will be filing a formal complaint in Cobb County, as well as a quick claim online through Georgia's Fair Business Practices Act ( O.C.G.A. Sections 10-1-390 et seq. ) Also, the bill went from $250, and then they stated the cost is not at $850... after asking for an invoice, they could not provide me one to account for each dollar. THE BBB AND FTC will have a field day going through their records (if they even keep any) and they will find "written in" invoices without any receipts, which will lead to criminal fraud and the shutting down of this podunk operation. PLEASE DO NOT GET DEFRAUDED HERE. i HAVE THE BBB, FTC, AND EVENTUALLY THE IRS RANSACKING THEIR "OFFICE" IN ORDER TO SHUT IT DOWN SO THIS FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR DOES NOT AFFECT ANY FURTHER CUSTOMERS. I couldn't get the time & day arranged with the place, that I was having it towed to..... Each time I called though, the tow driver was very friendly,courteous & said it was no problem( that I had to keep calling back). This is a very professional business with very professional people working for them! All my questions were answered & my mind put at ease, about my car being towed. I highly recommend Skinner's!
