I paid them 1800, down and I paid my car note on the 20th of September of 360. And they still wanted me to give them money!!! I suggest to never buy from them!!! From the amazing sales person, Juliana Gaines who answered my every question via email or text at any hour of the day for weeks before my arrival; to Tom the efficient and entertaining driver; to Jerry the helicopter guy; to the sales, finance and general managers, the experience was fantastic. About 15 minutes after leaving the dealership, the transmission developed serious problems. I returned immediately and reported the issue. Instead of taking responsibility or working toward a fair solution, I was told that I had caused the problem by driving with the parking brake engaged. I completely dispute that explanation. I asked to cancel the sale and receive a refund, but my request was denied. I was then asked to leave the dealership. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled and with the level of customer service I received. I am pursuing this matter through the appropriate legal and consumer protection channels. His underlings are no better. They act upset when someone shows up and won't look up from their computers. Used to come here for everything now I won't do anything through this location.
