Little did we know that they didn't do transmissions, and they not only didn't fix and/or replace, they said they sent our transmission to another company. As of this date we had cancelled the payment, only to give them one more chance to rectify their errors. Car never was fixed and now we have to go to court. It was an American made vehicle. Nothing crazy or computerized. They should've told us that they didn't do transmissions, we would have used them if we had other problems just because they were honest. They aren't honest, and it's sad when you try to give a small business chances to fix the repairs. It's now November, and there is not transmission in the car.
