Got ahold of the sales guy on Sunday after being on the median until midnight trying to fix the truck and he said he was trying to call people but could not get ahold of anyone. After a day and a half on the median we got the truck towed back to buster miles and showed up Monday after watching the sales manager tweet about how great church was on Sunday. Only thing that would have made it even better was it the service was about the Good Samaritan. When we got back to the dealership the sales lady acted as if we were an annoyance. Originally, I brought my car in for a repair of the brake system that was a $1100 undertaking. That…read morewas fine since it wpuld be under warranty. However, they failed to notice that the brake lines collapsed and this required me to have it towed back to their shop because the brake caliper completely seized. This was approximately two months ago at the time of writing this. Any updates, I've had to call to request. They had to coordinate with the local Ford dealership to have the brakes bled... which required me calling said dealership so a ticket could be open. They then had to tow my car less than a mile down the road to said dealership. That's the last I've heard. Every interaction and phone call has been met with "I don't knows" and obvious ranting of the manager in the background about the situation. They may have been a quality shop years ago, but that quality has long since faded.

As a woman, it is important to me that I am being treated fairly and with kindness when engaging in conversations and inquiries with a car repair shop. The shop was very clean which is important to me since often times, people will choose to wait in the shop why their car is being repaired or services. As stated, they were very informative, approachable, and even showed pictures displaying the issue of my car while also providing the severity of it.
