One can immediately notice the cosmetic difference and the ugliness it made. While reporting the damage, the store employees were unapologetic and even said, no need to complain since it comes back to them and they are going to give the same response. No matter a tint is allowed or not, no one has the privilege to remove it without checking with the customer first. I have been a loyal customer for a few years now. Barking at a customer after doing such an unacceptable amount of damage is a traumatic experience. This would be the last time I am visiting a Pep Boys store.

So I gave them the work. When I went to pay, my bill was actually $50 lower than the original quote and cheaper than BJs! Bill Palmer, the shop manager, is extremely polite, professional and patient, taking the time to explain everything and answering every question I had. I want Exton & nearby areas folks in need of any auto care to know that this Meineke location operated by the Palmers is GREAT. Customer experience is top priority and you can feel it first hand. There are a lot of auto care shops around but this one steals the show. I personally would continue coming here for all my needs and would recommend the same to all friends and family including at work.
