Well no surprise Grubhub messed up. Said they delivered and no delivery. I called the delivery guy and he said he delivered and took a picture but never sent it to me. I called Inkas to report this. Amazing service and great food on Saturday at 11:30am. We requested a seat outside and it was peaceful and beautiful next to a giant tree. We looked at the menus and everything looked enticing. There's a lot of selection but not an overwhelming amount. We started with the aguadito soup which is always a favorite along with the complimentary bread and the addictive aji verde. We added the flacas which is a super tasty ceviche. We moved on to the entrees: empanadas and the beef fried rice. The empanadas each had a different and distinct full flavor with a tasty crunchy crust. The fried rice was done to perfection with delicious top grade beef slices. Just as most people said in the reviews this is a hidden gem. I'm shocked it's open after business hours since it's in a office complex. Therefore. This place has plenty of parking!! It's a cute place with indoor and outdoor sitting. The wait staff is really nice. The only comment I have for them is know what's in the food. We asked about a sauce and wine and didn't get like good explanations, but we just went with it. But if we had like allergies I can see how this could be a problem. The food was good. With lots of flavor. The sauce with the empanadas was really good I wish I knew what was in it. The seafood picante was the perfect size and enough sauce to rice ratio. The only down side was I think the calamari was a little over done. My friend ordered the beef combinatio. She loved it... especially the beans. We've been coming to this Inka's for years but the service has gotten bad. We place an order online and I even called to ensure the order was received because you have to write which protein you want in the notes. We drive from another city to get it and the same lady who I spoke to stood there looking dumbfounded because she never put the order in and didn't even apologize, she shrugged her shoulders and walked away and another employee had to come out to assist. It's a wonderful hidden gem in the middle of the typical Irvine business sector off Sand Canyon exit to the north of the Kaiser Permanence off the 405. The outside patio with the shade of a gigantic tree that's perfectly suited for a sunny day. The food there is delicious. I had the parijuela soup (seafood soup).
