She mapped my brows beautifully and I can genuinely say I am so happy with the results! The whole process was completely pain free! If you are a gal who is not blessed in the eyebrow department... #25 for 2021 Express…read moremy deepest gratitude to Mary! Happy to say I'm the first alumna to make a surprise visit and get permanent ombré brows professionally done by the talented Mary Phan. When I finally saw her in-person, she told me, "How come you didn't tell me it was you?" I told her, "I wanted it to be a surprise because I wasn't sure if she would remember me back from middle school." Anyhow, she did. Initially had to wait a few months prior to my first appointment in October 2015. Still the same Mary who is easy to chat with and forthright. Best $$$ invested in brows from my honest and objective perspective. Saved tons of money and time getting ready for work and going out. Eyebrow routine was trim hair sticking out, brush hair up if necessary, and done. Made a huge difference and positive impact while interacting with various clients. My Yelp profile pictures are proof of Mary's work. My brows went from looking sad to happy. I didn't tell anyone except my husband and wanted to be low key. Received compliments from complete strangers, former clients, colleagues, and friends. Even my mom's sister or aunt noticed too. Also referred two former colleagues and they're happy with eyebrows outcome. I have very sensitive skin and happy that ink worked well. Touch felt like a light brush moving slowly across the skin. Follow directions and soak in everything that Mary advises before, during and post care. Fully worth the wait! I'm very elated I saved my virgin brows just for you, Mary!

It was visually appealing. After discussing, it seems that we decided a hybrid set was more what I was looking for so I got that with a few lashes of purple. Noriko explained that these custom lashes that I was asking for would take a little longer than my original scheduled appointment. So I would have to come back at a later time to do it. My first appt was at 2pm and then I came back again at 5pm after her other appt. It would be nice to have an option for "New Client Appt" perhaps next time so we can discuss what the client is looking for and have some buffer time if need be. As well the location is a little hard to find. It's within a parking lot. They do validate parking but you still have to pay $6. The quality of the lashes is wonderful. It's been now 2 1/2 weeks and the retention is great.

My eyeliner and brows look very natural for the final product (after healing of course). A friend of mine had hers done a few years ago and said it was one of the best things she's ever done, which finally convinced me to go for it. I found Beauty Babe by Michele on Yelp, and her all five-star reviews immediately stood out. Even so, it still took me a few months to make the appointment (it's hard to pause tretinoin!), but I'm SO glad I did. Michele is exactly as everyone says--sweet, humble, and incredibly talented. She took her time during both the initial procedure and the follow-up, listened carefully, and made adjustments until everything was perfect. I honestly couldn't be happier with my brows. I still use tretinoin, and even if my brows fade a bit faster, I'm totally fine coming back for touch-ups. Her pricing is very reasonable for the quality of her work. Highly recommend Michele--you won't regret it!

However, there's a lot of street parking and possibly free parking at Kahala Mall. I first came to her in early 2024. Before making my appointment, I had a look at her Instagram and website. Since this was my first time getting my brows done, I had many questions. Tina was incredibly sweet and answered all my questions. She helped me feel more comfortable and made the whole process very easy and smooth. The initial appointment was slightly longer than the touch-up appointments because we carefully discussed the type of brows that would complement my face structure and my preferences. I trusted Tina to work her magic as I was unfamiliar with the process, and I'm so glad I did! My brows turned out beautifully, and I was absolutely in love with the result. They truly enhanced the natural beauty of my facial features. I came back for 2 touch up appointments within the next 2.5 years and each time I came back, I fall in love with my brows all over again. I've been trying to refer family and friends to Tina as she is a fantastic brow artist! She also specializes in lash enhancements including liner tattoo and lash perm. Congratulations to Tina for rebranding her studio from Brows by Tina to Restore Studio with an additional service of restorative, paramedical tattoo! She said "no problem, we can do all types of tattooing" and I proceeded to book a consultation. I've never heard of a studio doing consults to make sure you're choosing the right procedure so I really appreciated this. When I met with Candice, not only was she really sweet and personable but very knowledgeable, as well. She recommended the Suji eyebrows for $495. That was another shock - the price! I've had friends pay upwards of $700 for their brows but the Suji technique was only $495. I immediately booked my appointment. Candice kept in touch with me up til the day of the appointment. I got there and she explained the procedure and we began. She put in a lot of time and effort to drawing the perfect shape and matching color and I trusted her 1,099%! Candice was very meticulous and such a perfectionist, which I completely appreciated. She numbed my brows and then the tattooing began. It was painless (I wish I had been numbed for all 35 of my tattoos lol). And quick! 45 minutes later, I got up and I had a set of beautiful and amazing brows...for the first time in 15 years!
