Mine took about 20 plus minutes and she had to manually remove quite a few lashes because they were glued so close to my skin and there was so much glue it was almost impossible to get off! My lash tech mentioned i have damage from the previous set and there's a gap in my lashes due to that damage. While she was removing my old set of lashes, there was a cluster of 7 lashes glued to a singular fan! I honestly don't know how many lashes I lost but I am severely upset with the damage!!! I would really appreciate it if the owner of Beauty and the Brow could reach out to me regarding this situation. I paid $175 plus a $25 tip for the worst lashes I have ever had! I really hope she's not doing this to other clients!

I just went in for my 6-8 week eyebrow touch-up a few days ago. It was really quick! Almost like…read morecatching up with an old friend. We talked some story while she did my brows and BOOM, was pau. I'm updating on the healing process after the first round of ombre powder brows over previous work (ombre powder and microblading by other artists). I followed the procedures given to me by Jee. LOVED that she texted them to me along with care cards included in my aftercare package. I used ice packs, that helped with the swelling and sunburn sensation a lot. My skin type is oily and with the previous artist that did ombre powder brows, a lot of the ink fell out quickly within months. So to help with ink retention we did the aftercare a bit differently. After a while the normal healing process happened. This includes flaking, peeling and itching. This lasted about 4 weeks for me until the final scab fell off. Then the brows appeared lighter for a while because new skin was growing under the scabs. Then finally the color came back. I asked for more dramatic make-up looking brows instead of natural ones because I was afraid of them fading again so fast. And she did not disappoint! Please keep in mind I booked a second separate company for myself and 2 of my sisters because I wanted to make sure I was 100% confident in my personal artist. The morning of the wedding was very stressful. Manda's team showed up late and did not begin until roughly forty minutes past the scheduled start time. My biggest issue is that hairstylist also told my mom the MORNING of the wedding that she HAD to wear her natural curls because straightening her hair type would not look good cause of the humidity and said there was no time for any other option (like a blow out, probably cause they had started so late), and she told my mom she could blow it out herself if she wanted and she could "maybe add some curls"). This really upset my mother since she is self conscious about her natural hair and wanted to feel her best for the big day. It created a really unsettling start to our morning and my mom was in tears. Thankfully, a stylist from the other company that I had hired for myself stepped in and helped calm things down. She was able to style my mom exactly the way she wanted and it held beautifully through the night and EVEN into the next day. Without her help the situation would have been extremely upsetting. Because of all this I cannot comfortably recommend this vendor, especially for those who have natural curls or want specific styling. Although Manda herself didn't do this, it's evident her team is not equipped to handle a situation like this.

I accidentally booked my service with someone who doesn't specialize in facials. She kindly texted me and guided me how to make the appointment with her. The booking process was easy though. Her location is easy to find and lots of parking. The shop is super chic and super clean. Bathroom was for staff only but she kindly offered me if I needed it, since she was running a little late. Oh my goodness, her facials are to die for! I felt so relaxed and loved it. When she was giving my shoulders a massage we could feel the knots, after a few minutes we could feel them getting smaller. I loved that when I was getting the facial everything she was putting on my face, she was explaining what she was putting on and what it was used for, even the brand and where to get it. Love that. Overall I loved the whole experience. Chantelle was so nice and so knowledgeable. I did get the chemical peel which is suggested for once a month, so I will be going back. I can't wait for my next appointment.
