I was really impressed with my first visit to Ink B Gone. I've wanted my tattoo removed for over 10 years but was afraid it would be too expensive. I finally decided to go in for a consultation after reading rave reviews for Ink B Gone. First of all, the owner, Shelley, was able to get me in the day I called her. We scheduled the consultation for just a couple hours after our phone call. Once I arrived, she was so friendly and welcoming- she was thorough in explaining what to expect, how many treatments would likely be needed, and the cost of each treatment- which was actually lower than what I had anticipated. After the consultation she was even able to perform my first treatment! Only took about 5 minutes and she checked on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was okay. She sent me home with detailed instructions of how to care for the area, and now I am eagerly awaiting my second visit. I can honestly say that after I couple days I actually saw a change in my tattoo. It was much lighter in color, and now after a month the texture is even smoother!! I love this place! I have hated my 2 tats for a very long time and they really hurt my self esteem, I was always trying to hide them. I didn't think removal was an option but then I found these lovely ladies. I went in for a consult and discovered it was a lot less expensive than I thought and decided to go for it. I will admit it is quite an unpleasant feeling but the pain is slightly less than when I got the tattoos and Simone makes it completely bearable. She talks you through everything, gives you a break if you need and is very calming. And the sessions are super fast! I had my first session about two weeks ago and I am already seeing fading. I wish I could go in more frequently to get these suckers off faster but at Ink B Gone they know it takes time to do it right and not cause scaring. I feel so much better though knowing that I have started the process and my self esteem is so much better! read more

Ink-B-Gone is great! I went there for my first laser treatment about 5 weeks ago and I can tell the tattoo is already starting to fade in some areas. I am very impressed by the professionalism of the staff and how willing they are to work around my schedule. Shelly is incredibly nice, well-versed in the technical aspects of laser treatment, and very willing to do what she can to help the customer. The pricing is very reasonable, much more so than other places that I have looked in to. The equipment is all new, and everything is very clean and welcoming. I was in and out for my first treatment in about 15 minutes. The pain level is tolerable, with the help of the special cream that you can purchase to help number the area. It really works! I found the wonderful Ink Be Gone after having a negative experience at another laser tattoo removal clinic (which was primarily a plastic surgery practice). At my previous experience I was not treated with compassion and given the appropriate attention (i.e. pain prevention), not to mention they charged me a fortune. I am SO happy that I found Ink Be Gone. Not only do I feel welcomed, at ease, and well cared for, I also look forward to my next visit. I have a very large tattoo that I am having removed and during each session I have been given the proper numbing cream to help with pain. I came to ink b gone as I learned by research that it was the only place in Colorado I really felt comfortable going to even with my travel distance. I travel all the way from the springs just for my treatments. I am having a sleeve tattoo removed and as it a long process, I am so thankful for this company. I have always been treated with respect and they have always made me as comfortable as they can during the procedure. I am going in tomorrow for my 8th treatment (end of round 4). I have had no scarring at all and am seeing it slowly disappear. The staff is amazing and I absolutely love the encouraging words they say each time you go in. More than just tattoo removal... Laser Facials are Amazing!!! I had a small tattoo on my anklle removed because it reminded me of the death of a friend of mine. I was very pleased with the process and the results. As I was nearing my last session for the tattoo removal, I saw a mention in the Ink B Gone newsletter about laser facials. I signed up for a series of four facials and absolutely became hooked. My skin has not looked this youthful and beautiful in years. I have had much more drastic CO2 laser resurfacing, and thought that I would need to have it done again... until trying the laser facial at Ink B Gone. I found Ink B Gone on a Google search. After checking out a few other tattoo removal business around Denver I found Ink B Gone to be the most professional and friendly. Simone is so easy to work with and she understood all my questions and concerns with removing a very large tattoo covering my upper back. I went for a test area removal yesterday and found the process to be no where near as painful as I thought it would be. I did have immediate and noticiable results from the laser. The laser didn't hurt too much and afterwards I was expectly a sunburn feeling that never happed. As I was preparing to go into a profession, it was time for me to prepare to remove a tattoo on my finger. I did plenty of research, and settled with Ink-B-Gone in Westminster. Pam was very patient with me as I was terrified of the pain. It was not as bad as getting the tattoo, but it did hurt. She quoted me for 3 treatments, but it was not gone in 3 treatments. She gave me a 4th treatment with no cost to me, and if it's still not gone, she will keep treating it until it's completely gone, free of charge. I don't have any more tattoos to remove but if I did- I'd be going straight back there! I am so glad that I picked ink-b-gone as they are good for their word! read more

A friend of mine recommended Ink B Gone so I decided to try it after after researching them compared to other places. When I called for the appointment they were very friendly and answered all of my questions. They provided me with enough info that I felt prepared for my appointment. I was nervous about it but everything went better then expected. I worked with Simone and she was very friendly and provided me with lots of info. I felt she was very honest when answering my questions and did not pressure me. As far as the treatment...just s few snaps and it was over. I thought it was going to be a lot worse. First off I need to start by saying, the customer service I have received so far is amazing! Simone is just the sweetest! and Shelly has been quick to respond to my initial request for consultation and appointments. Very professional! I've just started treatments, but I'm the type of person that does not return to a place where I am not treated right, from the start. I do have to say though, tattoo removal is a commitment, so I think it's important that your technicians be personable and people you want to see every 6 weeks. I only have great things to say about this place! I had a dark scar from a nose piercing which I could never cover up with makeup. Shelley said that tattoo laser removal would fade it with a few sessions. The studio itself feels welcoming and Shelley was amazing. She is friendly, informative, professional, warm and knowledgeable. She described the process and explained how and why it would work. She even left a message the next day to follow up with me. They have the friendliest atmosphere and I felt right at home. Although the laser removal is a little painful she is me through it like I've known her my whole life. I had my 3rd tattoo treatment here and was very impressed! It was extremely clean & everyone was very knowledgeable and kind. I was treated like I had already had multiple treatments before (because I had) instead of a newcomer which I appreciated so much. I received my first laser treatment at ink b gone and am thrilled with the outcome! I wasn't sure what to expect but after my treatment it healed perfectly with no complications. My tattoo is black and gray and after the healing process all of the shading was gone and a lot of the heavy black lines were broken up! I would recommend going here! The staff at Ink B Gone was very friendly. I felt completely comfortable and at ease during my laser treatment. I have a 6 year old small pink and red tattoo on my wrist and a black tattoo that wraps around my hip that is around a year old. I am getting both treated. I have had one treatment so far and have noticed a lot of fading. I gave a 4 just because I have only had one treatment. I've had two treatments here and I can already see the difference and lightening of the tattoo. I have one more scheduled session with them and then a long wait time to see if it completely goes away. I'll update again after that. I shopped around before coming to Ink-B-Gone and the prices here were the best I could find for the quality of work. My tattoo is pretty small and only black so it probably clears up faster than others. read more
