It fit well through my ribs and chest, but needed to be taken in around the hips and lower part of the dress, as well as shortened. I called ahead, and they told me to come in with no problem. They had me try the dress on, carefully pinned and marked everything, and explained that it would be ready in about a week. When I picked it up, the alterations were beautifully done. After getting home, I realized there was one small thing I wanted to adjust about the way the bottom of the dress was laying. I called, and they immediately told me to bring it back whenever was convenient. They fixed it for me while I waited, and I was so impressed by how thorough they were. They had me try it on multiple times, making little tweaks until it fit absolutely perfectly. They never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, and they didn't even charge me for the additional adjustment. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, detail-oriented, and genuinely wanted to make sure I left happy with the final result. The dress fits like it was made for me! From the very first appointment, Rema made me feel comfortable, beautiful, and completely at ease. She never just saw a dress that needed altering. She saw me. She listened when I was being hard on myself and reminded me not to pick apart my body in my dress.
