Overpriced…read more I really don't like writing negative reviews, but I feel like I have to on this one because I don't want anyone to have to deal with this type of service when there are good embroidery shops all over Buffalo. Each interaction was worse than the last. Rude to other customers. Rude to me. The final straw, nasty to my wife. On top of this, the quality of product ranges from average to very poor. Took liberties with my product decoration and ruined all of my clothes. If you're looking for somewhere to get your embroidery done, look somewhere else.

My other alterations fell through and they were able to rush alter the dress for me. The dress hadn't fit quite right when I came in and, even though I had only intended to get it shortened, they were able to make some small alterations to other parts of the dress to make it fit perfectly. I couldn't be more pleased with the fit of the dress or the accommodating nature of the shop.

Customer service can be mixed and turnaround time can be really on the unacceptable side of things. It's hit or miss. I don't use these services often otherwise I'd have more to say. They were fairly professional last time I was here, picking something up for my Landlord. My caveat is that it was last winter, not this winter. I came here about 5 times in 6 months but then took forever to write the review. My bad.
