I called the cleaners and then took it back a second time. Still it was covered with "white" fuzz. The man told me that the white fibers are coming out of the black coat. (This did not even make sense). He said he cleaned it and then used a roller and he couldn't get it off. I told him that the first time he cleaned it he must have washed it with a white cotton item. He first told me he cleaned it and the second time I came in he told me about the person who cleaned it the first time. He refunded my 10.50 after I asked but when I expressed that he ruined the coat and should be reimbursing me at the least 40.00 toward a new coat. He said "You WON'T be getting 40.00. Went here for a bridesmaids dress alterations. Terrible experience. They pinned the dress in one…read moreplace and then totally ignored the pins and shortened the straps so that they could make the alterations easier for them. When I tried it on the boob cups were at my collar bones. They blamed my boobs saying they were too big for the dress even though the dress fit perfectly with the pins before they the sowed it. I had to have them undo some of the alterations. Other bridesmaids in the wedding went here and had problems with their dresses too. Also my friend in the wedding said that when she picked up her dress they held it up to my dress for reference (since both dresses had been shortened to Tea length) and when they saw that the dresses were totally different length and they didn't fix hers.

I have to say wow when I took them home. they fit perfectly. and they were both hemmed like it was from a store. couldn't tell they were done. Im amazed at the end result. I like that they are located close to my work and home. I was a little surprised at the price. 40.00. but maybe that is the going rate or that she had to do extra work on fixing them but otherwise I'm very pleased. Small family place. The people are friendly depending on…read morethe day. The men are friendlier for sure. We came here for wedding suits. The price included every single piece with alterations, which was great! We chose to pay extra for zubaz lining inside the coats. I did not like that they have a kinda limited color selection. We were looking for tan/brown/beige and I think there was only like 5 shades to choose from. We finally found one we both loved and when the groomsman all went in to get fitted initially, they did try to convince my husband to pick a different suit! Eventually they called us again and said the manufacturer wasn't making the suits we wanted anymore, how convenient. We picked out new suits and they got ordered however, when they came in and nobody called to tell us so we never knew to go in to try them on for additional tailoring- we had to call them. When we went in to try them on it was about 1-2 weeks before the wedding. The inside lining we ordered extra was not sewn in yet and there were still final alterations that needing to be made with some of the arm and leg cuffs. They said come back and pick them up the week of the wedding. We went back again maybe 3 days before and still needed more alterations. The whole thing was just cutting it super close to the wedding and the amount of issues with the alterations and another one with our ring bearers suit was just so much added stress that probably could have been avoided. I would like to add though, they tailor everything, not just suits.
