I asked them to send their top-notch expert technician, and I was very fortunate that they sent Jason and his excellent assistant (Ricardo) to my home the next day. They carefully removed (and disposed of) my old water heater and did a beautiful job of installing the new one (it was made by A.O. Smith Corporation). The installation job required several hours but it was clearly done properly. During the entire installation process, Jason kept me well informed. He explained to me how the T junction worked and he was able to run his snake from the exhaust pipe in the attic all the way down, which unclogged the pipe and now the sinks are draining great. He also fixed a hot water pressure issue in the sink of a different restroom. He tested the pressure which was good and explained that some times the aerator in the faucet can get clogged and was able to unclog that too. Now the faucet runs great again.
