Awarehouse is amazing- I had been looking for a place to do contrast therapy (sauna + cold plunge)…read moreand awarehouse has fantastic facilities for that. In addition I was surprised to discover a wonderful community of like-minded people. I had previously done breath-work and always found it relaxing but their breath-work classes are next level. They also host really great specialty classes like sound baths and mini-retreats which are also amazing. April, the owner, is so welcoming and kind and makes it a point to know her clients and remembering their preferences. I love it here.

The owner April was so helpful showing me around the place and explaining the benefits and procedure for the booking. They have two bathrooms for changing, tea, showers to rinse between the sauna and cold plunge and nice towels. The whole place is simple yet trendy and relaxing. Starting with the sauna, I enjoyed that it was hot but not overwhelmingly so. The shower in between the sauna and plunge was fancy and got hot quick. The cold plunge had two different temps- one in the 50's and one in the 40's. You can decide to do a 1,3, or 5 minute plunge and I was able to stick it out for the 3 minute one. April kept me distracted and time went by so quickly. Overall I really loved this spot and hope to add it to my routine!

As a connoisseur of Kspas, I can tell you this place is 5…read morestars.. Its very chill and low key than Spa World. Very clean... same concept though. You get a shoe locker, and a regular locker. The bade pools are small. One warm and one cold tub... and yes its very cold.. A dry sauna and a steam sauna... I love that the shower areas are enclosed and more private. I was very comfortable to be in the buff than spa world and king. There are two rooms one is yellow ocher room and the other room is salt room. Both provide equal health benefits. As of today the ice room is still closed. The food is delicious. I got a large blueberry smoothie for $6!! I definitely recommend. For $30 its a deal. Schedule your scrubs early the book fast!

There's a $30 entry fee, which gives you access to lockers, a uniform, two small hand towels, three saunas, and a relaxing lounge area. (The steam room was unfortunately down when I visited.) They also have a café and offer additional services like different types of massages for an extra fee. The bathhouses are located inside each gender-specific locker room, and you must be unclothed to use them. One of the massages (only $100) actually takes place in the bathhouse, but I wasn't able to book it because they were fully booked until 7:00 p.m. The saunas were nice, but my top three highlights were: The food! I ordered kimbap and kimchi pancakes, and both were excellent. The kimbap came with a side of miso soup that was sooo delicious! The relaxation area. Staff walk around offering hot blankets to wrap up in. I was so relaxed that I almost missed my foot massage! The foot massage. It was everything and more, and the massage therapist was hilarious! A couple of things I didn't love: they initially assigned me a very high locker (thankfully my tall cousin switched with me ), and we weren't given an overview of the layout when we arrived. Even though the place is small, a quick explanation would've been helpful. Also, I was disappointed the steam room wasn't working. Overall, this is a great spot with amazing food and relaxing vibes. I definitely recommend it!

There's also a tv that swivels out so you can watch or listen to music while in the sauna. I like the ease of getting back and forth from the sauna to the cold plunge but the space is a bit small for two people. I've heard other locations are bigger. The vitamin C shower was pretty nice too. It smells really good and I'm sure in the long run would help with my skin complexion. The cold plunge is pretty cold but you feel very refreshed afterwards. Start slow and ease your way into staying longer and for more rounds. The only thing I wish they had was a separate changing space so you don't feel like you're rushing to get changed before your session ends.

I've been to a few saunas and steam rooms so I wanted to give this a chance. I didn't feel as if I sweated that much and had to raise the heat to the max setting. But I loved the cold plunge and did that in increments. The Bluetooth does work nicely in both the sauna and in the overall space. The vitamin c shower was really refreshing too and I like that they had a salon station especially during the winter time to dry your hair. I would give this location another chance as it was a decent price and they send deals here and there. They also have a beverage station with flavored water to so you can stay hydrated!

I wish I had a picture because it is so…read morebeautiful and relaxing, but when you go in the salt cave, you turn the world off for 45 minutes, get your mind clear, and focus on yourself. Nicky is wonderful and communicates quickly and efficiently. She is kind and supports local organizations which is what I look for in a business. She supports the Ulman foundation and hosts young people impacting by cancer so we can focus on us and escape for a bit. My expectation is not that the salt cave experience replaces my medical advice from my doctors or care team. I have been to the salt cave 4-5 times and then chose to host a birthday party in the cave with sound medication. I had the place with just my 5 girlfriends and it was so fun. Just FYI, I love the sound medication but if you have sound sensitivity know going in it's a lot of different types of sounds and can get loud or high pitched. I will absolutely go back and book a private party for the salt cave. It's an amazing atmosphere with a sauna and Nicky runs groups and has an e-mail blast with all the upcoming events. I am in no way affiliated or being compensated for this review, I honestly am just so thankful for Nicky, her support of Ulman, and her kind vibe. Can't wait for my next visit!
