Today was my first class and I absolutely loved it! The concept is amazing. The classes start every 10 minutes, so there's really no excuse to be late or miss a workout. The format is three rounds of four stations, 10 minutes each ...hence the name Sweat440. It's a quick but super effective 40 minute class that really gets you sweating. What I appreciated most was the coaching. The trainers are hands on and attentive. If they see you doing something incorrectly, they'll stop by, explain, and show you the proper form. That made me feel comfortable, supported, and confident in what I was doing. Overall, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, structured, and efficient workout. I can already tell this is going to be my new go to gym!

This was only my second Pilates class ever, so I had no idea what I was walking into. Turns out I walked into the abs and glutes class of all abs and glutes classes. Lauren is tough -- but the kind of tough that keeps you going because she makes it fun and challenging at the same time. I wanted to quit and keep going all at once, which I think means she's doing something right. Beyond the workout itself, the studio was spotless, the energy in a full class was great, and the music kept the vibe going the whole time. Really impressive first experience here. With these three spaces combined Life Time has really embodied the meaning of a luxury athletic country club. The first three floors make up the Fitness and Work space. The rest of the high-rise is Life Time Living: residences. Floor one: front desk and check-in, group-instructed classes and studios, the kids academy and Life Time Work. Floor two: the cafe, spa and salon, locker rooms, two swimming pools, and a huge cardio room with treadmills, stair masters, elliptical, etc. Floor three: the main fitness floor, and the chiropractic wellness center. I went in around 4 AM when the gym opened and there were less than 5 people in the entire facility. Very quiet. Though they do have a dedicated cardio room on the second floor, if you go to the third floor there's even more cardio equipment in the GTX area. All of the equipment is state-of-the-art and up-to-date by Technogym. The locker rooms are some of the most spacious I have ever seen with private changing rooms . It also includes the typical whirlpool, sauna, steam room, and cold plunge area. I didn't get a chance to experience the group classes since I was there very early in the morning but I'll definitely be back to see how they compare to LT.

Since I work out, play tennis, and my job is also physically demanding, this massage was extremely beneficial for my body. I also really enjoyed that before and after the massage I could use all the spa amenities: the pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and hammam. It's such a great place to relax and recharge. The people in the morning (and there is surprisingly a lot) are all happy and ready to workout.....I am not really a morning person but it is the only time my husband can watch the baby for me. This is all around a great place, I am thinking about getting my food pre-made through peak to start my diet too....they also have nutritional seminars and have some family events.

Sarcasm and spicy comments help challenge and push you through the workouts. There are several timeslots throughout the day to fit most people's schedules. Each workout is an hour long; there's always a warm-up. There are also options to scale down the exercise, if necessary, due to injury or newness. I've been attending this gym for about a year and a half, and I cannot say enough great things about it. I'm always encouraged to come back because I continue to see results, I've been getting stronger, and I've made friends. What more can one ask for in a gym? If you have ever feared walking into a gym because of intimidation or judgment, look no further; there's none of that here. Give them a shot.
