Every morning there's huge buses are doing 75 mph tailgating people down the Kennedy particularly bus 5075 Saturday, June 14 6 AM. I see this on a daily basis and calling dispatch doesn't do anything I would think twice about using this unsafe driving company read more

Kimberly went above and beyond to help me to get me a solid quote that we could afford. The communication with this company was remarkable (and I've used other transportation companies before that WEREN'T), the buses arrived early and the drivers were exceptional, especially Mike Flynn. On Friday morning (9/9/2022) my home security cameras showed a charter bus turning infront of my house (we live on a corner lot). The bus caused property damage to my lawn, completely rolled over and busted a limestone 4 foot long paver. I submitted video and photos to the company, and they refuse to offer compensation. Their email back to me was that since I was not the customer on that order, I would need to take this up with the driver directly which means filing a police report, because the company can't release the drivers information. The driver is insured through the company therefore they are liable. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and submitted all video and photos as well. What a joke. read more

I used infinity transportation for my wedding. The contract was clear- three looping stops ongoing for the night between our two hotels and venue- all within a 6 mile distance in Itasca. I had a good experience with Brannon, in sales, booking but he then left the company and I was introduced to someone else. The driver, Hristo, did not understand instructions or listen clearly. He did not know the arrangements made in advance through our contract with the company. He made our guests late by sitting at the Holiday Inn (6 guests), when he was also instructed to pick up from the Westin (50+ guests) to be at our 5pm ceremony, we had to start late. He refused to take anyone back to the hotel before 9:30 pm- telling our guests and my mother it was going to COST MORE. This was not in our agreement as I confirmed we had scheduled and paid for UNLIMITED TRIPS throughout the day between the three locations. I even confirmed this with our sales person after the fact and he said no, this was not the case. However, the driver said this to our guests. In particular my cousin who needed to go back to the hotel at 9pm to let out his dog. He then refused to leave the final destination without me (the busy bride) physically coming outside to tell him he could take my guests home at 12:15am. It was a very stressful and unprofessional experience with Infinity Transportation. I shared all of this information with the team before posting a review and they stated they have looked into on bus video, gps and spoke with the driver and they have argued every single point made above. It took me nearly 5 emails to simply get an apology for the lackluster experience and poor customer service. I was told " this is why people usually have someone else handle it not the bride" -- so, I was supposed to put the stress of managing this poorly executed arrangement on someone else? I thought we had this all so very clearly outlined in our contract which I reviewed meticulously in advance. I highly expect a combative response here as well. read more

I had three buses for an event and due to availability had to utilize Infinity for part of the trip, first and last time ever using Infinity. Their cost was double the other company, the bus advertises WiFi & outlets and neither worked, the bus was 25 minutes late, the driver stood around watching the team load their items under the bus, the driver made a 25 minute cigarette and coffee break stop on a 4 1/2 hour trip to Louisville KY even though the team was late. After the trip, I took my concerns to management and his response was "Our driver got you from point A to B, that's what you paid us for." read more

We paid for two buses and had issues with both! The first literally drove past the destination and then dropped our wedding guests off blocks from the actual location. The second bus then didn't pick up any people. We had missed calls about them trying to figure out pick-up, but somehow one bus was there and the other was not. I do not understand how they could not have been coordinated. We raised this with management after and were told the case is closed (they even had the nerve to say they did everything right). I would strongly recommend using a different bus company. We spent too much time and money trying to get this right and they simply did not deliver. read more

Our school used Infinity recently for a trip out of state. The pick up was great. The buses were on time, super nice and the students had a comfortable ride down to Flat Rock. Unfortunately, the pick up for the trip back was not as smooth as it could have been. The first bus that arrived had no key for the luggage bins, so they couldn't load anything while waiting for the second bus. The second bus was an hour late because they weren't aware of the time change and somehow the two drivers weren't in communication. One of the buses didn't have AC that was working. Unfortunately there were many things that went wrong for this trip, so I would stick with using them locally if I were to use them again. read more

We had a wedding on 7/27 and used infinity transportation to transport guests from the venue to the hotel. Very displeased with the bus we were given. The driver did not seem to have any social skills whatsoever and was rude to guests about getting onto the bus right at 12 when we reserved the bus from 12-1am and only had a 25 minute ride. There was no music on the bus. The driver didn't have a cord. We couldn't even get FM radio. We listened to complete silence for 25 minutes after an absolute kick ass wedding. We did arrive safely, but unfortunately a possibly fun ride to the hotel turned into one of the biggest buzzkills I can recall. No music for a bus of 60 passengers after a wedding? Cmon now. I will be reporting Infinity this to the BBB. We reserved seven buses but only six arrived. Our members had to pile in cars to get to there destination. The bus came however it arrived late. Infinity charged us. After a number of calls, transfers, the waiting, I finally spoke with a representative, Rita, whom informed me that we would be refunded. We have yet to be refunded. I asked her to e-mail a refund receipt, nothing. We also reserved buses from Peoria, US Coachways and First Student. For future events, we will reframe from using Infinity due to poor customer service. I wrote the above earlier today. Just spoke with Rita and our company was credited. Our service with them was April 27, 2017. It has taken just about 3 weeks to resolve. I understand it is the end of the school year and many trips are planned. However they should hire someone to deal specifically with matters like this read more

Worst experience ever. Imagine hiring a bus to take 40 kids to a notre dame football game and when you come out the bus driver decided he didn't like one of the kids behavior so he left. Stranding 40 kids on a Saturday night to find there own way back home 3 hours from chicago is inexcusable. Then trying to charge you for the round trip when driving home empty really is not right. My company hired Infinity Transportation for a large client event last week and were extremely dissapointed with our driver and the customer service we received. The driver was lost not only going to the event, but also coming back. Heading to the event with guests on the bus, we arrived 30 minutes late, when the drive was 15 minutes and we left with plenty of time to make it. The ride was not smooth - clearly the driver Kenneth was new to driving and kept punching the gas and brakes. It was embarassing for our clients who were on the bus and all noticed he was driving in the wrong direction. Following the event, the same driver waited 40 minutes before leaving, even though he was authorized to leave. The most dissapointing part is when we followed up with management to share our concerns and feedback, we received a firey email trying to prove us wrong, getting defensive that their drivers did the right thing and that we made it back to our office on time. Sadly, our office wasn't the drop off location, they didn't check their facts or GPS on the bus. My company stands by people matter and do the right thing as our culture - Infinity is far from this ethically and was an extreme dissapointment. We won't be using them for future events. read more

What we agreed upon was not what we received. This company is a scam. We agreed on renting out a 56-passenger bus with a bathroom. The bathroom was a key part of that agreement since it was a 5-hour trip. It was the whole reason why I switched to using this bus company. However, the bus we got did not have a bathroom. What made it worse was that it created many downstream problems. We had to make many pit stops in order for everyone to use the bathroom, which lengthened our entire trip. The driver said it was fine if the trip was longer because of the lack of bathroom, but Infinity still charged us additional fees for being over the total time we had reserved. If this is how the company does business, it's a scam. They can't create problems and then charge additional fees for them. Another issue was a safety issue. The bus door broke; it was difficult to open and close. In order to get off the bus, people literally had to manually hold the door open in order for others to get off. The door was heavy. There's a reason why it's not supposed to be manually operated. At one point, it almost slammed shut as someone was getting off the bus. It was extremely dangerous and a huge liability for the Infinity. read more

I have to say that I am very disappointed with the response from Infinity Transportation. I contacted them to discuss the safety concerns of my students and staff and their responses implied that my staff has lied. The safety concerns for our students and staff seem to be non existent to Infinity Transportation. You are more concerned on the image that you portray to the public. As Educators we are taught to keep our students safe. We have contracted Infinity Transportation for 3 different school competition events and have had problems on every trip. The drivers had to use duct tape to keep the mirror on the bus plus to keep the under storage closed so our belongings were not spread across the interstate. My staff helped the driver multiple times to secure their belongings. No WiFi as posted on the front of the bus. No electric outlets and TV/DVD and audio system did not work on all 3 trips. Drivers wore sandal, chewed sunflower seeds and was spitting the seeds into a bag on the floor causing him to take his eyes off the road. One of the driver hit multiple things like a stop sign, trees and a pole and the driver denied the claimed. Please do not use this company. The drivers are just doing a job and are not concerned about the safety of their passengers. read more

Infinity Transportation was contracted to provide wedding day transportation from the hotel in Naperville to a reception site 20 minutes away. We asked for three return trips from the venue. They were 25 minutes late for the 10:30 pick up and never showed for the 11:55 pick up. First we were told the bus would be there in 7 minutes, at 12:30 we called the dispatcher again and were told the bus was heading in a different direction and he would try to find us another bus. The dispatcher never called back. More than 50 guests waited 30 minutes for the bus to arrive. At 12:30 we gave up and arranged Uber rides back to the hotel. Not a great way to end a wonderful wedding celebration. read more

Problem one: I hired Infinity for corporate airport transfers as well as meet and greet service at two ORD terminals. One of the staff never showed, but I did not find this out through Infinity--an attendee told me--was I ever going to be told? Problem two: An Infinity sprinter was transporting a group of clients from ORD to Chicago. The vehicle's back door was not closed properly and swung open on the highway, resulting in one of our client's bags falling onto the highway--never to be found again. Infinity only offered to reimburse the attendee $200 for his brand new bag and clothing for two days' travel, including a suit/tie/shirt/shoes--can you possibly buy these items for $200? His luggage alone was $200. After some firm resistance from Danilo to do the right thing and reimburse the attendee for the full amount of his lost luggage and personal items, we tried reaching out to Infinity's owners without success. Our emails simply were forwarded down the chain back to Danilo, who has yet to learn good customer service. My guess is he learned it from Infinity's upper management. Since we are in the meeting planning business and hire ground transportation companies on a regular basis, Infinity will be going in our DO NOT USE file. read more

My sister inlaw arranged an outing for our big family and I am a very upset passenger. We were a group of 19 including a baby from Schaumburg to Chicago. If I could give this driver zero stars I would. Not only was he extremely rude (not greeting us) but he was extremely unsafe. He drove like a maniac to the city. I say maniac because he drove very fast!! My family felt unsafe. He drove at 80 mph and on the left lane the entire trip blatantly disregarding the safety of his passengers!! We used Infinity Transportation for our corporate event. They were so professional from the time I called to get a quote till the end of our event. I got the emails for the confirmation and a day before the event the dispatcher called to confirm everything. An email was sent to me with the name of the drive and mobile number the day of the event. The driver arrived earlier than the scheduled time and waited until everyone was ready to get on the bus. The bus was very clean. At the end of our event the driver picked us up on the exact time to get us back and everything in our event went clockwork. I highly recommend this company. They were one of the main factor in making our event a great success. read more

My friend Rachel recommended Infinity Transportation to me for my wedding transportation service. I shopped around and by far, Infinity is the best price out there in the Chicago land. We had a 42 passenger mini bus for 14 hours as our bridal party transportation and a shuttle between the reception and hotel. It was absolutely incredible from start to finish! Ishmael was our driver, and he was super professional and kind! He helped us load the bus and helped me on and off when needed. I felt truly taken care of. We were allowed to eat and drink (without mess of course) on the bus. Our belongings stayed on the bus all day and night and everything was so easy to store and find. We used Infinity Transportation for our rehearsal dinner. Pretty much everyone else we talked to doubled their prices when we said it was for a wedding event, but we explained exactly what we needed to Infinity and they gave us a totally reasonable offer. All we needed was to pick-up our wedding party from the hotel, drive them to the ceremony rehearsal and then to the dinner. It was a 2 hour job within the same neighborhood. They went above and beyond and sent not only an awesome friendly drive, Albert, and they sent us a bigger bus, which fit everyone perfectly in a single trip. They were a pleasure to work with and if we ever need group transportation again, we will definitely pick them. read more

We used Infinity Transportation for our wedding transportation. We had reserved 2 shuttles which did arrive on time. Each driver was pretty oblivious to what the other was supposed to do. After the ceremony at the church, one shuttle wouldn't start. The driver had shut the vehicle off, which she supposedly shouldn't have done, and we were stuck at the church in terrible traffic during the rain. She called for maintenance back-up which was sent from Des Plaines (on a Saturday-- that would've been over an hour). Meanwhile we got the shuttle operating and the wedding party was transported back to the hotel. Everyone was wet & uncomfortable, suits damaged and dresses soaked. The driver also never checked in on the itinerary and my family spent more time on the shuttle than was necessary. After this delay we were unable to get downtown for wedding party pictures, we spent extra money on a private black car SUV and when we left something on the shuttle, the company made us drive out to them to pick it up. Nowhere along the way did any employee of Infinity Transportation seem concerned about customer service at all. Management also didn't care to compensate us at all, despite the extra expenses they caused (black car, dry cleaning, and priceless loss of wedding photos). They didn't ruin my wedding but they sure did screw up some pretty key moments. I will never use this company again and would advise anyone looking for group transportation to look elsewhere. read more

We also had a horrible experience with Infinity Transportation. We were attending a wedding in Chicago and Infinity was supposed to pick up all the us who were staying at a specific downtown hotel. We were waiting for the pick up and they arrived an hour late causing the wedding to be delayed by thirty minutes waiting for the bus to arrive. Most of us gave up and took cabs or Uber at our own expense. We were told to wait - that they were almost there. And then, we got a call to take a cab but by then, we were so late leaving for the wedding. It was a nightmare and it was embarrassing keeping all the other guests and the bridal party waiting. I have used Infinity several times now and had nothing but positive experiences until our August event. Our driver was not only lost the ENTIRE trip, which included multiple stops, but he was rude and mean to the passengers. Inexcusable. We literally drove around in circles. I ended up getting out of the bus 1/2 mile from my destination and walking there, just because he had no clue where he was going. I called the next day to complain and supposedly spoke with a Manager, who said she was going to do some research and get back to me. I never heard from her. The following week I received a customer experience follow-up email from Danilo to see how my services were. I provided the same feedback and shared that I had already called, spoken to a manager and was told I would receive a call back. But never received a message back after I sent my email response either. Where is the customer service?! I will not be using Infinity again and would strongly advise others to stay away as well.
