My husband and I contracted service with Infinity Transportation for our wedding this past weekend. I have never hired a bus company before and the representative that helped me was so nice and knowledgeable. They made it so easy, which was important because I had way too many other things to plan! The bus was so beautiful, I was so impressed with the comfort and the amenities on the party bus we reserved. Our driver, Raul, was so wonderful. He was nice, pleasant to talk to, hilarious, and you could tell he knew his way around the city. Our ceremony went a little bit longer than expected so I was worried we wouldn't be able to navigate around the city quickly but Raul got us to where we needed to be on time, even early! I also feel bad because our reception venue was on a smaller street that allows cars to park on each side but Raul navigated through like a pro! I imagine it can be super difficult! I had the unfortunate experience of traveling with this coach bus company, and it was utterly and ultimately repugnant. The bus itself was a mobile nightmare, with seats so uncomfortable they could have been designed and manufactured by a medieval torture enthusiast. The air conditioning appeared to have retired decades ago, leaving passengers in a sweltering purgatory. As if that weren't bad enough, the restrooms on board were an olfactory assault that could make a skunk blush. To add insult to injury, the driver's demeanor was as pleasant as a grumpy badger with a toothache. I wouldn't wish this bus journey on my worst enemy. Not to bring up the severe population of bed bugs or some sort of bug that surrounded my chair and bit me the whole ride. read more

Many thanks to Infinity Transport for making our wedding shuttles almost seamless! Despite not being able to provide them with a single point of contact for all 3 trips (each way), Frank (driver) was willing and able to connect with 3 different people to bring each group over, and even helped with loading and unloading a few things as well. He was very professional and great to work with, as was Danilo who initially set up the booking for me! Kudos to Infinity, they offer a great service and have a beautiful fleet for a fair price. I recently used Infinity for an event. The service was awful. They left guests at the reception area. The driver was unwilling to double back to get them. The management team was also unwilling to offer a refund under $100 when I paid approx. $1500 for the buses. I had to call Uber for rides for the guests who were stranded at the reception location. They have awful customer service. The driver actually yelled at me when I called him to see where he was and why he left without all of the guests. Do not use Inifinity. There are better options elsewhere that I am 100% confident offer better customer service. read more

My group has tried buses before and wasn't super happy, but Infinity buses are super clean, roomy and probably the most comfortable ride we have taken so far. The driver was super cool too which was a bonus and even helped us with our luggage. Other drivers from other companies have typically been non-existent personality wise and have never even offered to help, which I mean isn't that big of a deal, but I will be choosing Infinity again because my group felt really taken care of. read more

Just witnessed a driver of an "Infinity Transportation" bus throw out a fast food bag into the street of a residential area. How disrespectful for residents who take pride in trying to keep their neighborhood clean. This driver just pulls up, parks, eats and feels our street is their garbage can. Rude and nasty.
