Hi, I would like to leave a complimentary message not only…read moreto our driver, Joseph, but to all of the Signature Group employees regarding our transportation from O'Hare to our home. Our flight which was scheduled to land yesterday at 5:05pm did not arrive until after 2:00am this morning. We had been delayed, detoured, had to land in Minneapolis to refuel, and experienced constant air traffic delays. I was in messaging contact with your dispatcher several times advising of updates to our arrival, and was assured that our ride would be available and ready. Sure enough, when we recovered our luggage and called Joseph, he was waiting for us at the curb, and took our luggage. Once we arrived at home he carried our luggage into our garage - that's a very nice policy. I just want to thank everyone for assuring me that even though we were NINE HOURS late, our ride was there, and your chauffeur could not have been more helpful. I have had other limo services who did not provide the level of quality that you do, and I can't think of another limo service who provides the professional and classy service that Signature does. I will never have to search for a limousine service again. Why? Because I have found the BEST. Again, THANK YOU. John Sullivan Arlington Heights, IL

Before my photographer recommended Pontarelli, I was speaking to several other companies, a few of which had lower prices. The catch however, was those businesses didn't use signed contracts, and they weren't able to immediately share copies of their insurance with me. Pontarelli operates as a professional business (with contracts and insurance!). Their customer service and communication was fantastic leading up to the event, and our driver was punctual, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Pontarelli seeking a price-competitive, reliable, highly professional transportation service.

We ended up using this service to Midway. We had a lot of luggage because we were moving across country. It was a seamless process. It's the first time I booked a car service without talking to a live person, but decided to pull the trigger. They send automated texts and emails, including the name and phone of your driver. I tried calling and texting them the day before just to be sure everything was set up, but they never called or texted me back. Of course, the next morning the driver is nowhere to be found, so I call him and he says "I told Grid yesterday I couldn't pick you up". I call the service and they start scrambling to figure out what went wrong. They call me frantically with some BS story that the driver went to the wrong address. The. They said they had someone on the way (20 mins away). I told them to cancel it and I just ordered an Uber, which arrived in 10 minutes so we could make our flight on time. I'm clearly in the minority here, given their ratings, but you don't get more than 1 chance to let me down for something like this. They still have not emailed or called to acknowledge cancellation of the return pickup or to apologize for totally screwing this up. All these guys seem capable of doing is sending automated emails and texts. We're never using these guys again.
