The best nail service I've ever had IN MY LIFE! I'm here visiting from Seattle and I've never had my nails look so beautiful before. My nail tech was so thoughtful, careful, and attentive to every detail and made sure if I needed any water or drinks while I was getting my nails done. Would come here every single time I'm back in town and would recommend this place over and over again to everyone who needs their nails done. AMAZING PLACE!!

Tried this place for the first time while driving through Gulf breeze. I decided to go with their best pedicure that is called "Stone Speciality pedicure" for $55. It's 60 minutes long and includes shape cuticle, push/cut, pumice scrub, callus removal gel, hot stone massage, mint mud mask and sea salt scrub. In comparison to other deluxe pedicures, this one was okay. I didn't find it extraordinary and I've had better pedicures but this was the best they had. What I didn't like was that the tools they used didn't appear to be properly sterilized. I could see they were cleaned but at other places, I see new packets of tools being used per customer. With other good nail places, I often see them open a fresh new packet of tools instead of using the old ones. Then the pedicure itself was good but not great. The massage was way too soft to feel anything. Also they are quite busy on a Sunday so expect to wait awhile. The products they used for the pedicure also didn't appear high quality (spa type) that I'm used to. Overall I think they are good for regular pedicures but not for anything more than that. I was in a rush to get my nails done so I didn't look around and this was the first place I found and went there.

I would not recommend this place at all. Me and family were vacationing in Gulf Breeze and decided to get our nails done. We actually accidentally found this place. My nails look absolutely horrible. You can see bumps on them from the acrylic not being filed all the way. I have a very crooked nail (and I did say something about it) but the girl doing my nails said it wasn't crooked and that she still had to file them, and never fixed it. The design that I got on my nails also looks really bad, and is not what I asked for. You could tell that the girl doing my nails was rushing to get them done, bc as soon as she was done with my nails and I paid, she left. All around, it was a bad experience. I am including pictures of what I asked for vs. what I got, and also of my crooked nail.

We scheduled an appt for 3 pedis and (1) mani and we were all very impressed! They were very welcoming and talked a lot to us and made it feel comfortable. The massages they gave were excellent and so relaxing! We all plan to come back most definitely!!!

I took my little sister to get her nails done for prom and Nemo and mick did such an amazing job. Very friendly staff and nice clean environment. Will definitely be returning.

Wow, I absolutely love Infinity Nails. Great prices and great service with friendly cosmetologists. I like to visit Infinity Nails at least twice a month for my manicure and spa pedicures, together they run you $35.00. My nails always look beautiful. I also get my eye brows waxed here. I love their waxing artist, she is kind and has skill, she takes into account what you want. I have an annoying scar I need covered, up, no problem, she got it. Eye brow waxing is $9.00. I am very happy with Infinity Nails. I tried at least every nail shop on 98 to find someone who cuts my cuticles right, files square and shapes my brows good. Infinity Nails has done it for me.

I have been here many times over the past year. For the past 6 months or so I've been going every 2 weeks. They usually do a good job depending on who you get. After yesterday's visit I won't be back! They were busier than normal with a lot of walk ins and clearly understaffed and/or underestimated the business that day. We came around 2:00 and they had a wait so we left and came back. My boyfriend and I both wanted a mani/pedi. Both of our pedicures were very rushed as people continued to walk in for services. After our pedicures they tried to be finished with us even though we told them when we came in that we both wanted manicures AND pedicures. They seemed put off when I reminded them that we also wanted manicures. I wanted the shellac manicure and again felt like I was in the wrong for even asking! My "manicure" was ridiculously awful! It lasted maybe 2 minutes longer than the time it takes for shellac to set. The manicure entailed clipping 2 cuticles and putting some lotion on my hands .Wow- thanks, and all for the low price of a $35 'manicure'. My nails look okay, but my cuticles still need some attention. So, just my total for my "mani"/pedi was $68 before tip. Together my boyfriend and I spent $135 to be rushed through and feel like we were an inconvenience. Um, no thank you!!! I will take my business where it is appreciated! read more

I am not sure what these couple of BOGUS negative reviews are, because this is the best nail place I have ever been to. We obviously have a lot of choices here and I am so glad that I chose to go here instead of any of the others. I am always treated so nicely and have never been rushed a single time. One of these complaints I was there and I have never met someone so rude and impossible to make happy, so I am not suprised to see her negative review at all. What she didn't add was that the owner went out of her way MULTIPLE times to try and make her happy only for her to be rude and ugly. Plus the beautiful work they do and all the compliments I get speak for themselves. Ignore these few negative reviews and trust someone that is one of their regulars and there every 2 weeks and go see them for your next wonderful nail pampering experience. read more
