Tried this place for the first time while driving through Gulf breeze. I decided to go with their best pedicure that is called "Stone Speciality pedicure" for $55. It's 60 minutes long and includes shape cuticle, push/cut, pumice scrub, callus removal gel, hot stone massage, mint mud mask and sea salt scrub. In comparison to other deluxe pedicures, this one was okay. I didn't find it extraordinary and I've had better pedicures but this was the best they had. What I didn't like was that the tools they used didn't appear to be properly sterilized. I could see they were cleaned but at other places, I see new packets of tools being used per customer. With other good nail places, I often see them open a fresh new packet of tools instead of using the old ones. Then the pedicure itself was good but not great. The massage was way too soft to feel anything. Also they are quite busy on a Sunday so expect to wait awhile. The products they used for the pedicure also didn't appear high quality (spa type) that I'm used to. Overall I think they are good for regular pedicures but not for anything more than that. I would not recommend this place at all. Me and family were vacationing in Gulf Breeze and decided to get our nails done. We actually accidentally found this place. My nails look absolutely horrible. You can see bumps on them from the acrylic not being filed all the way. I have a very crooked nail (and I did say something about it) but the girl doing my nails said it wasn't crooked and that she still had to file them, and never fixed it. The design that I got on my nails also looks really bad, and is not what I asked for. You could tell that the girl doing my nails was rushing to get them done, bc as soon as she was done with my nails and I paid, she left. All around, it was a bad experience. I would not recommend this place ever!!!! The women in their are so rude and unprofessional! They rush you when they are busy and make it out like you're being difficult when you ask them to fix something that they made a mistake on. They make your nails look lumpy and uneven. When I asked one of the girls to fix one of my nails they got up and told me I was being a difficult customer and that no one could make me happy! Worst pedicure ever! The employees are the most rude I have ever seen. Took my granddaughter to get her nails and toes polished while I was getting a pedicure. They charged me $20 for her which would have been fine but the polish peeled off in 2 hours. I went back to show them and told them I wanted my money back because I was in a hurry. They told me no they said they would re-polish. Once again, I didn't have time and they were they were extremely rude especially the young one. I like to visit Infinity Nails at least twice a month for my manicure and spa pedicures, together they run you $35.00. My nails always look beautiful. I also get my eye brows waxed here. I love their waxing artist, she is kind and has skill, she takes into account what you want. I have an annoying scar I need covered, up, no problem, she got it. Eye brow waxing is $9.00. I am very happy with Infinity Nails. I tried at least every nail shop on 98 to find someone who cuts my cuticles right, files square and shapes my brows good. My nails came out completely crooked and uneven. Shape and length were uneven between each nail. Not only that but my the person doing my nails was being rushed by the other employees every 5 minutes to finish faster so that they could get through more people. My parents just moved to the area so we thought it would be a good idea to get our nails done to relax. The price is spectacular! $35 for mani and pedi. Where I'm from (Orlando) that's just unheard of! However, you get what you pay for. My mother's nail technician was extremely rude and impersonal. I can usually find a way to make friends with anyone, but these folks were NOT interested in friendliness. My guy wasn't quite as rude as the other technician but not especially kind either. My toes turned out nicely and the massage was good. I requested toe separators to keep the color from smudging while I walk to the manicure station. He said I didn't need it. Mmmmkay....guess not. My mother's technician was being rough with the callous remover so she explained "Sorry! My feet are sensitive." The lady responded, with a hint of disdain, "Yeah...I can tell." Then the lady gave my mom the puniest massage possible. Nice. The manicures were ok. My nails are jagged. I'll have to run them back over with my file. Again, my mother's technician was texting between layers of nail polish and then packed up as soon as she finished the top coat and left in a bustle, explaining to another technician, "It's Sunday! I don't sweep on Sundays..." All-in-all, the end results are fine. But you're not paying for the luxury of good service. Though, I did encounter one very friendly woman working there (who sadly was not doing our nails, of course!). So, it's not ALL bad but I was disappointed with the service. Do yourself a favor and save your money for another salon. My nails are all different shapes and extremely bumpy. The color isn't the one I picked but she insisted several times I was wrong. (Turns out I wasn't but of course, "too late to fix"). I literally spent $70 only to turn around and have to spend the same at another salon to have them corrected. They are terrible. They were friendly and courteous, and they clearly had repeat, local customers in the store for services. This is near the Walmart, in the strip mall and you can see it from the road. I've gone to Infinity Nails for years. Tony usually does my nails and I feel that he does an excellent job. I usually make an appointment with Tony and he is usually waiting for me when I arrive. Everyone at the shop is friendly. I've read through some of the reviews and feel that mostly people with complaints have given reviews. As for people being rude, I've encountered more clients or walk-ins being rude to the staff there than the other way around. They deserve a please and thank you. I'm sure that if people would just speak up while there and voice their complaints the shop would be willing to address the problem. read more

$35 for a Deluxe Pedicure sounded awesome... Not quite sure what was special about it. The description stated an additional callous remover, yet she barely used the pumice block on my feet. She didn't buff my nails; and when I asked, she still didn't do it. So now I have ridges in my nails with a fresh coat of polish... I could have done a better job at home. She kept stopping to turn around and talk with her friends... Like full on conversations before getting back to me like I was a nuisance in her day. To top that all off, I saw her dip her instruments into barbicide for less than 60 seconds (should be at least 10 minutes) to then put them away to use on the next person... I went here for a gel pedicure and to get gel polish removed from my fingernails. The girl soaked my nails for a big with one long piece of cotton in sandwich bags and then used an electric sander file to get the rest off. It killed my nails as they are breaking off like crazy and they still feel rough from polish she didn't completely remove. I would never ever visit this salon again without witnesses and my lawyer. I came in with my daughter for a mani and pedi before her prom. She also had her eye brows waxed. She complained when the hot wax was applied as most kids will. We left with her crying about the pain she was feeling around her eye brows and were told by the staff that the redness and swelling was normal. When the pain and swelling did not subside after 2 days, we went to the ER for help. 2nd degree burns on her face (beautiful for those prom photos). I have been there once before this experience and everything was great. I came back to get acrylics done and this was the worst experience i've ever had in a nail salon. I showed the lady a picture of exactly what i wanted which was very simple, every nail white besides my ring finger that would have light pink and scattered gold glitter. As she was doing my nails, she cut me multiple times to the point where i would bleed. Everything is great with the actual shape of the nails (which are coffin) but i've noticed some major problems. I still have sores that hurt badly from when she cut me (see pictures). The white polish that was used on my nails eventually started to form black bubbles that night. The sparks that i wanted were applied terribly, and the pink she picked out was too dark and i told her that. I was overall highly dissatisfied with this experience and won't be returning here again. I'm stuck with terrible nails for a few weeks AND painful cuts from the nail tech. I suggest going somewhere else. read more

I have been here many times over the past year. For the past 6 months or so I've been going every 2 weeks. They usually do a good job depending on who you get. After yesterday's visit I won't be back! They were busier than normal with a lot of walk ins and clearly understaffed and/or underestimated the business that day. We came around 2:00 and they had a wait so we left and came back. My boyfriend and I both wanted a mani/pedi. Both of our pedicures were very rushed as people continued to walk in for services. After our pedicures they tried to be finished with us even though we told them when we came in that we both wanted manicures AND pedicures. They seemed put off when I reminded them that we also wanted manicures. I wanted the shellac manicure and again felt like I was in the wrong for even asking! My "manicure" was ridiculously awful! It lasted maybe 2 minutes longer than the time it takes for shellac to set. The manicure entailed clipping 2 cuticles and putting some lotion on my hands .Wow- thanks, and all for the low price of a $35 'manicure'. My nails look okay, but my cuticles still need some attention. So, just my total for my "mani"/pedi was $68 before tip. Together my boyfriend and I spent $135 to be rushed through and feel like we were an inconvenience. Um, no thank you!!! I will take my business where it is appreciated! read more
