I would put negative stars if I could. My sister and I went in today at 1230 and had pedicures done. Nail polish never dried. We took pictures of her toes 2hours later and they never dried and we peeling off. Talked to the guy (whoever her is) on the phone and he was rude and told us to come back and hung up. So... We drove all the way back. They then told us the color she chose would take an hour and a half to dry, why didn't they say that before? I find that to be absolutely ludicrous. No one would sit in a nail salon for an hour and a half and wait until the polish dried on their toes. No nail salon would have polish like that. So when my sister was unsure about the color reapplication or if she wanted a refund, that same rude man came out from the back and got attitude with her. I stepped up and said "thats it, let's just get a refund" he said NO REFUND!""We will change the color." She didn't want another color. He then repeated "NO REFUND!! SERVICE IS DONE!" the service was not done and that man was totally rude . To make matters worse, he was yelling at us in front of other customers. Then after he was done, he sat there staring at us with his arms crossed like WE did something wrong. Then he stomped to the back and rambled on about something. DO NOT GO HERE. They are terrible. Very very unprofessional.Not to mention they butchered my toes as well. And I didn't even complain about that. NEGATIVE STARS. read more

Very expensive & they pretend not to understand English to circumvent desired services vson a customer next to me. I was very happy with the outcome of my gel nails which lasted about 2 1/2 weeks. Customer service is awful. I had an appointment today at 11:30 with Victor. I received a text reminder telling me a different time (11am). I called to clear it up and he argued with me stating that I made an 11am appointment. He then said to just come in at 11:30. I went in and when I sat down I tried to show him the texts so he could see there was a glitch in the system. He wouldn't even look at my phone. His face was stone cold rude. I then gave him the color I chose and he snaps at me and says "that's gel." I asked him to show me which was gel and which was dip powder and he continued to be aggressively rude that I decided to grab my things and leave. Please read all the previous reviews about him. Also read his responses. So many people have mentioned his behavior that is an obvious problem. read more

Great nail salon in Gulf Breeze. I went with a group for wedding pampering and the staff were awesome. We brought wine/champagne and they opened the bottles and gave us cups. I got a spa pedicure and regular manicure, both $50. Seems a little high for both but it was still an enjoyable experience. The massage chairs were in good shape and gave comfortable massages. The music was soothing and the girl who helped me did a nice job. I left feeling very relaxed and in good spirits. read more

Small-ish nail salon in gulf breeze, a bit pricey. They do have a reward system with a stamp card but you only get a stamp if you spend more than $30 each time you go. So if you are getting a classic pedicure, it won't count. Have to do a more expensive pedicure. I ended up getting a deluxe and it was ok, felt kind of rushed. The work on my toes could be better. I've recently moved to Gulf Breeze and I'm trying the different walk-in places. This was my first time in D's nails and negative is a mild word for how I view my experience. I walked in, the guy (now known as the jerk) at the desk, asked what I wanted, I said manicure pedicure very clearly. He said "Pick out your color". He had a very sweet manicurist, Annie, begin on my nails. In a few minutes, I asked her if they were going to be able to get my pedicure finished by a certain time. She asked "the jerk" and he said they couldn't do it, they had appts. He then proceeded to argue when I told him he should have told me up front. He did not even pretend he didn't hear me clearly. I had her finish what she was doing so I could leave and find another place. I asked the price and he said "$20" and I gave it to him and left, my manicure was about 1/2 finished. read more

I've been here twice and had different techs each pedi. However, they both were heavenly! I got the basic the first time and the fire walker this last time. I definitely recommend it if you have the time! As for covid procedures I was very impressed! Everyone wears a mask, workers and customers, they require you to use hand sanitizer as you walk in the door, and they have plexiglass shields at not only the nail tables but also at the pedi chairs! I had a very good pedicure. The staff were very nice. However, I had to wait ~ 20 minutes beyond my pre-scheduled appointment time. I also feel the prices are a bit high: $38 for what was really a very basic pedicure. One VERY good thing about DNails: NO ODOR from those having acrylic nails, or other such services, done.
