They run their office like an MLM scheme, jacking up the prices, trying to get around insurance and making you foot the bill and hope to get a refund later. I had a wonderful first time experience with this office. The front office staff were pleasant and…read morewelcoming in checking me in and collecting my insurance information. The waiting room area was large and comfortable, very calming and beautifully decorated. I was not seated there very long at all before I was called back for my cleaning and X-ray's . My hygienist did a full review of my past medical and dental histories and took the time to make sure I was comfortable during my cleaning, she repeatedly made it a point to stop and ask if I was ok and still comfortable. After my cleaning I met briefly with Dr Quinlan for a quick exam and he recommended for my future treatment plan that we consider replacing some of my older fillings that are beginning to deteriorate and keep a close watch on a tooth that I had a root canal on over 20 years ago that I have been having a few sensitivity issues with. Dr Quinlan was very professional and pleasant, he had a very good bedside manner, I did not feel at all like I was being "sold" any unnecessary or unreasonable treatments as what typically occurs with some of those high traffic "corporate owned" dental offices. Tara always does such a good job cleaning my teeth and is always so gentle to ensure that there's no discomfort. And Dr Heath is always so happy and personable and very informative with his treatments. Going to the dentist doesn't have to be painful when you choose the right office. I highly recommend.
