I also got nail art but it was just stickers not actually hand drawn. $100. Went to another salon to refill with builder and when we started to remove the nails they were damaged. I now need to rest my natural nails. I will not return here or recommend this business. Be careful!! Also if a customer wants hybrid do what they ask. You all are lucky I had no other options that day. They just want to turn and burn there. Health is not taken into consideration.

They didn't need to be so I had to pay for a full set. 2) Cuts on 2 fingers - she was really brutal with the file when shaping nails 3) A substandard pedicure. With the prior owners I got a deluxe pedicure every time, which included hot stone massage and parafin treatment. Barely even felt the massage. They did not include these with their "Deluxe" pedicure, and their was no menu to see what they were actually providing. To top it off the polish for the toes was uneven. 4) Wasted time the entire time in the spa was much longer than usual. I had been going to Amy for 6 years so now I am shopping around.

As soon as I got there, the nail tech helped me pick this nice neutral color. She took her time removing my old gel polish and I like the way my nails look now. I enjoyed the vibe of my appointment, I was just watching the TV while she worked on my nails. All together it came out to $48 before tip which isn't bad in my opinion. I'll be coming back the next time I'm in town!

The color I got does not look at all like what I asked for, I also ordered chrome and they do not look chrome at all. I understand if they needed to make a substitution but if that's what happened they did not tell me first. The work felt very lazy and rushed. I don't think the photos do justice to how uneven the coat is and there are many imperfections around the sides of my nails and tiny bubbles on the surface. They also did not cover my nail all the way to the cuticle. Immediately after having them finished they look like they're grown out a week I did a walk in so maybe it was who I had work on me. It was the older gentleman I don't know his name but the nails I got do not feel like they are worth what I paid for.

I originally asked for a design and I guess him and I were not on the same page because he did something completely different than what I asked for and when he took it off he didn't try to do anything else design wise. My nails aren't terrible but telling me that you are charging me a fill in and then it coming out to 60+ tip is just wild when you count in the rude comments. My issue is that people come to get their nails done to feel good about themselves and how they look and I left feeling pretty shitty.
