We recently had the pleasure of working with the Traylor team for a major renovation of our home,…read moreand I am happy with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was professional and as smooth as it could be for a multi room home renovation. The initial consultation process was especially helpful because they work with a great design team where you can really see how the materials will look together. The duo of Renata and Andre both have great ideas from both a function and design perspective but still try to accommodate the budget. They provide visuals before committing to the project and they were flexible enough to change the layout to our liking several times - we could be pretty honest about what we wanted or not. The outcome was pretty exact to the final renderings. We were given regular updates on the progress, any unexpected issues, and how they were being addressed. Traylor was always upfront about timelines and costs, which helped avoid any unpleasant surprises later on. They document every detail in an organized way so it is never unclear. It was a big project for us so, yes of course, we had add-ons and spent more than expected but that was not their pushing but more our choices. Of note, the project was definitely completed on time but we also had a VERY flexible timeline. Still I got the impression they always push forward to stay on track. The craftsmanship was exactly what we had hoped for and we have already gotten compliments on the transformation of our home. Post-renovation, the customer service has remained excellent. When I had a minor issue with a cabinet handle and drawer, they sent their main point person and construction team again to fix it at no additional cost. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, even after the job is done. I do recommend this team to anyone considering a bigger home renovation of the main attraction areas of their home. Their work does have a clean "wow" effect.

We removed the wall between the kitchen and the tiny dining room, and Traylor rerouted HVAC, relocated plumbing, updated electrical, and installed cabinets, counters, and new flooring. The transformation has made a huge difference in how we use our home. The quality of the work is solid, especially given the price--which is truly hard to beat. The team was professional, punctual, and respectful throughout the process. They cleaned up daily, which we really appreciated. Renata and Livia were always responsive, and Andre checked in on progress regularly. One of the most impressive parts of the project was how they matched the new kitchen floor to our existing hardwoods. They removed the old kitchen tile and weaved in new boards seamlessly with the dining room flooring--it looks like it was always one room. Several guests have commented on how great it looks. We're overall very happy with the work Traylor completed for us and will work with them again for our next project.

As it turns out, the previous homeowners thought that aluminum foil would make a good patch for a hole in the chimney. Big surprise: it wasn't and water was getting in. I contacted John late yesterday and he had the chimney patched up and ready to go in under an hour today. Very fast turnaround and repair times, color me very impressed! If I ever need more repair work done, John and EZ Contracting Group will be at the very top of my list, I can guarantee that!

Every job is different and the scope of work and mutual agreement between client and contractor on that scope in writing and upfront is critical to customer satisfaction. There are many characteristics that I look for in a contractor. Here is a short list of the basics: 1) Insured and willing to supply proof of current insurance 2) Willing to supply current references 3) Possess the ability to identify and understand my needs related to the work at hand 4) Manage the employees by showing up and inspecting the work 5) Willing to follow-through on all work to completion 6) Communicate problems, concerns, and potential delays upfront and during the process 7) Suggest solutions to those problems whether foreseen or not 8) Understanding that "completion" is a mutual agreement between reasonable client and contractor based on the scope of work I believe these are qualities of an honest and straightforward contractor. These are traits that describe EZ Contracting Group. He understands the relationship is mutual and a 2-way street. The workmanship was good, and that which was not, was made right without question. Equally important, John Ho is a good guy! He is pleasant, warm-hearted, caring, and truly invested in your satisfaction with his work. John understands repeat and referral. I will use EZ Contracting Group again and recommend his company to you without hesitation. I know how truly rare these qualities are in contracting!

He arrived on time to our first appointment and listened to every part of the project. Leo then provided an accurate and easy to understand quote by his deadline. When the work began his crew arrived on time and Leo was there to introduce me to his team. He walked through and confirmed details with the onsite project manager. During the week, the project went really smooth. His project manager would let me know the progress of the project each day. They were open to our questions and adjustments. They also offered their opinions on where we should place or move lights, which paint to use, etc. Not only did Leo and his team finish the job on time, they did an excellent job. I ended up hiring someone else and costing me more money to finish the project.

**Excellent Service from Start to Finish - Highly Recommend!**…read more Malek from Sider Construction exceeded our expectations in every way. After finding him on Yelp (where his stellar reviews caught my attention), he responded promptly with a detailed and fair estimate that gave me confidence in moving forward. One thing that impressed me right from the start was his patience when I needed extra time to coordinate with my tenants' schedules. He was understanding and did not make me feel rushed, which speaks volumes about his customer service approach. Malek delivered more than he promised - showing up precisely on time and maintaining clear communication throughout the project. My tenants were equally impressed. The quality of work was great and completed at a (more than) fair price that reflected true value. It's rare to find a contractor who combines reliability, skill, and genuine professionalism so seamlessly. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Sider Construction again and will definitely be recommending Malek to friends and family. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful project so smooth and positive!

This review is long overdue, but I've been meaning to share our wonderful experience with Al, Mike…read moreand their team on the multiple projects they completed for our old, complex house. We converted two rooms plus a hallway into a master suite as well as split two large upstairs rooms into three. We had structural concerns and lots of logistics to work out and I wouldn't trust anyone other than Mike to draw up the plans to make sure everything is safe and up to code. Al oversaw the projects and was in constant communication with us and regularly was on site to make sure everything was going smoothly. If anything wasn't 100% correct or what we had discussed, he would make sure it was remedied. Big shout out to Franz who even showed up to work the day after his wife had a baby! The M3 team worked late days and on weekends (with our consent) to meet their deadlines, even when the county held them up with permitting issues they still worked hard to finish within our timeframe. We even made major changes to our plans after construction had begun and they were able to pivot and help us get more square footage for the upstairs bedrooms. There were also numerous curveballs that they handled with ease (ya never know what you'll get with an old house). This was our first time doing any sort of large project and the team at M3 gave us plenty of guidance and support to make sure the finished product exceeded our expectations. If you want something done right the first time, then I highly recommend contacting M3!! If we stay in this house then you guys won't be done with us yet! -Cristen, Phil and now +2 (!)

We hired H&C for a total kitchen remodel and we are so thrilled with the results! This was by far…read morethe biggest home improvement project we had ever undertaken. We sought estimates from other contractors but we felt none of them measured up to H&C in terms of their professionalism, customer service, and attention to detail. They have a deep and talented team that was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive to all of our questions no matter how small or complex. Even from the very beginning, before we had finalized a design or signed a contract, Luis and his team's responsiveness and professionalism always made us feel as though we were a valued client. That continued throughout the entire process as we worked with them to develop a design that fit within our budget. Fabio was assigned as our project manager and we couldn't be more thankful for him! He was on top of every last detail and when we had two unforeseen issues come up during demolition, he was quick to provide us a thorough assessment of the issue, several options, and his professional recommendation. It was extremely evident that Fabio and his crew that were here every day were a strong team and it was reflected in their daily communications, their craftsmanship, and their meticulous attention to detail. We'll definitely recommend H&C to our friends and family for any remodeling projects. We're looking forward to enjoying our new kitchen for years to come!

I did not have a good experience at all with this company. First, they changed project managers on…read moreme just before they came out to do that work without explanation. When the work started, they moved at a glacier pace with erratic attendance. There were days they did not show up at all, other days they would show up unexpectedly at 7am, and leave at 10am. This was never communicated with me. Next, mistakes started happening. They painted the walls the wrong color. They put up the shower door on the wrong side. They also put up the window blind backwards so I couldn't reach or use the rod to open and close it. After the shower door went up backwards, the project manager fired the workers, but the had no one to finish the work. When they finally came back to fix the shower tiles wrecked when the door went up on the wrong side, they didn't align the replacement tile patterns with each other so the pattern is disjointed and doesn't line up at all. The project manager told me it's not supposed to line up!? After complaining about it 3 times, they finally offered to replace the tiles. But they stalled on ordering them and now it's out of stock. There are also other problems - the shower faucets are not properly secured to the shower walls, the vanity light is separating from the wall and the light switch fixture is also separating from the wall. The floor tile is irregular with grout lines sometimes thick in places, other times nonexistent. Currently, they are not returning my calls or texts. I've even reached out to the owner who came out and promised to fix everything, but commented that I was overly concerned with "small" details. Now he has not returned my calls or texts about when he will come to fix things. Maybe I am concerned with details but I'd think that is common when paying 20k to have a bathroom redone according to an approved plan. At the very least, I expected that shower tile patterns would match up and that things would be well grouted or secured in shower and on walls. This was my first renovation in my first home and I'm so disappointed in how it turned out and how I was treated by the team. Also, this 2 week project took 5 and 1/2 weeks to get to where it is now. Overall the project was done carelessly with no attention to detail and with no acceptance of their mistakes and no attempt to repair the problems identified. I see they have had good reviews in the past, but my project did not go well at all. I would definitely recommend choosing another company. When I first complained they asked me not to write a bad review and I said that along as everything was fixed we had a deal. Nothing has been fixed and they are not communicating with me. I know have to either pay another company more money to fix their mistakes or take legal action to resolve the simple issues that could be easily fixed. If detail and having a project done to your liking is important I would not recommend H&C at all.
