The Rose Milk Tea had bits of actual rose in it, was super creamy, and at 50%, it was just sweet enough. They use creamer as the "milk" in this drink so I highly recommend switching to a non-dairy alternative if that's a concern for you. I order from this location for delivery pretty often because it has the best Poke bowls in the Astoria area! You can't convince me otherwise! The bowls are the perfect portion, their fish is always fresh (I get salmon/tuna), they're generous with the toppings, and my bowl stays intact because it's filled to the top. The only caveat is that each poke bowl runs you $18.95 online without the extra costs. It's expensive, but so tasty, so I'll keep coming back. Their drinks are good and standard too. Infinitea is a lovely little bubble tea shop in Astoria and I couldn't decide what I wanted so I ended up getting two drinks from here and I enjoyed both of them. One of them was a lemonade black tea that was really tasty. The other one was their regular milk tea which also is very good. They have super friendly service here as well. Parking is tricky, but the same can be said about getting with your mother. Now that's some parking that's truly tricky. And yet everyone in town has managed it. So this is one of three very good bubble tea shops in Astoria. This neighbourhood is definitely spoiled for nice little bubble tea shops. Williamsburg should take a memo from here. Conveniently this is located almost right under the building of my friend apartment where I was staying. When you get there you will see they took very seriously the no-contact pickup! They've built a door frame to make sure you don't come in contact with anybody, a speaker system to place your order, an outdoor card reader, and a drawer to provide your order. I tried their cappuccino because it was too early for their bubble tea (I went right when they opened, they said the tapioca would be about 45 min) and was not disappointed. Fav items on the menu are the strawberry green tea - green tea is very strong, prob brewed for a long time so does make me more jittery than coffee but can't give it up. Milk teas and slushes are great too - love the taro! Also the hibiscus tea is wonderful crisp caffeine free option - wish they carried it all year round! Some other yelpers have said food is expensive but it tastes like good quality food and always beautifully present. Staff is great, girls who work there are always so friendly and upbeat! While the bubble tea flavor options are not as infinite as I had hoped, they have a number of varieties as well as pastries and sushi. Plus they are open at 9 AM, perfect for an early weekend treat. To note, sushi is not available until after 10:30 AM. I tried to get a sushi burrito at 9:45 AM and was disappointed. Sushi for breakfast should definitely be a thing! I got the taro milk tea and the passion mango slush. The passionfruit mango slush actually had little black specks of passionfruit seeds, a good sign. Both were flavorful but balanced - the taro did not have the fake flowery taste that some taro milk teas have and the slush was not overly icy or sweet. I was most impressed by how they had outfitted their business to adapt to COVID restrictions. Ordering is done outside, with a window between you and the staff. The order window has a sliding tray so that there is no contact between customers and staff in retrieving the order. I also saw the employee sanitize the drawer several times while I was waiting. The only suggestion I would have is to make it clear where the ordering line begins, there were 5 people already waiting when I got there and I could not tell who had ordered or who was next in line. read more

I dropped by to pick up a slush for my long walk home from the ferry on a hot day. Had no idea they had gone above and beyond when it comes to no-contact pickup! They've built a setup including a speaker system, outdoor card reader, and a drawer to provide your order. It is 100% the best no-contact setup I have seen so far. However, the show stopper is their milk tea ($4.75). Holy moley i stopped what i was doing just to hype this drink UP!!! I usually stay away from Taro- most of the time i cant taste the difference from regular milk tea... and it normally comes in an exaggerated purple color so that turns me off. However, similar to TenRen, it tastes like actual tea without that weird flowery aftertaste that places like Vivis and kung fu usually have. You can also pick your Sweetness level and sub out milk for alternative at a price. The honey boba (+$0.50) is the P E R F E C T texture- it's probably one of the best I've ever had. They also sell Lady M original crepe cakes for $8 and matcha for $8.50. Their selection of pastries look delicious- matcha creme puffs, almond and chocolate crossiants.... *~*~Drool Bathroom is clean, the wifi is free, and the barista was nice! For those that like rose milk tea, Infinitea offers a great version of the drink. The rose milk tea is light, smooth, refreshing, and slightly (but not over the top creamy). There's a nice rose floral flavor to it that's not overwhelming. It's the one drink I enjoy here. I've tried the classic milk tea and mango green tea before, neither were memorable. I believe the rose milk tea is the standout drink. I recommend to get it at about 50% sweet. I've tried 100% and 80% sweet before and both were too sweet for me. I also prefer not to get the boba. Yet ANOTHER win for Astoria!!! Seriously this area is littered with cafes serving outstanding coffee and bubble tea, unlike anywhere else in NYC. Plus, more importantly, their cafe logo is neko cat (pretty much the original reason I needed to visit here....I'm simple like that haha) ^^ I love the contrast of the interior and exterior of the cafe. The outside is very inconspicuous, but the inside design is very well developed and quietly sophisticated. The cafe is only small but there's enough seating for about 12 people, so it's good for individuals/couples or small groups. I can't recommend this to families or people with babies in strollers. This cafe does have wifi and a restroom too. They provide a small selection of food to order and pastries in addition to their beverages. We had ordered the chocolate poppy and almond croissant which were both enjoyable. Pricing was standard for the pastries (around $3) and drinks (around $5). For the drinks, we had ordered their Jasmine milk tea w/honey bubbles, rose milk tea w/ skim milk and honey bubbles and their Taro w/ skim milk and honey bubbles. Like many others have commented, the sago was perfect, slightly sweet and squishy with just a touch more firmness towards the centre. I love that their rose milk tea was garnished with fragmented rose petals, this is the first cafe I've seen them do that. I also really appreciate that they include skim milk as a milk option, it's been the only place to do it as far as what I've experienced. As a standard rule, I prefer skim milk but it really is better to order the milk teas prepared as standard since the substitute dulls the overall taste. I'd recommend keeping the standard sweetness levels too, we opted for 25% sweetness and it made the teas too bland, the Taro especially. The floral notes of the rose milk tea prevailed though, which I was impressed with. The jasmine milk tea was a delight too, one of their best sellers. They've also got the cutest 'self-serve' area for your milks and sweeteners. There was even a vanilla sugar syrup with REAL vanilla bean pods!!! Best boba in New York, hands down. I came here because of a friend's recommendation and wasn't disappointed. I'm originally from SoCal (specifically the San Gabriel Valley - if you know, you know) so I'm very picky about boba but Infinitea lives up to my expectations! Friend got hot taro tea with jelly at 50% sugar, but it was too sweet she couldn't finish. If you are not a fan of overly sweet drinks, when you get flavored bubble tea, you gotta cut it down the sugar level to 25% or 0. My PB&J crunch sandwich is pretty tasty and was served on a cute little wooden board. Ended up paying 11 dollars for a small drink and a sandwich. Pre-pandemic, Infinitea was that place near Astoria Blvd and 21st. During COVID times, they've been takeout-only, but the order and pick up window is super efficient and creatively done. In addition, I always come here when I need a bubble tea fix. They also have poke, sushi, and ramen, which I have not tried but plan to in the future. Their drinks are really pretty AND delicious! This cute little tea house has been my favorite in Astoria for a couple years now. I love going in on my way to Astoria Park and grabbing a Taro Milk Tea with Bubbles with Little Sugar. The food menu is decent, a little pricey for breakfast/brunch items but the presentation and quality is worth it to treat yourself. Also love enjoying a book the read. I loved this place since I found out about it. My husband and I enjoyed going there for a delicious meal outside. However, their delivery service and quality is abysmal. One time a couple weeks ago, the poke I ordered smelled horrible. I was so hungry so I tried a few bites and found out that the bean curd is stale and should be thrown away. So I ended up throw the whole thing away. Today I ordered delivery and the delivery person called plus texted me when he arrived. I searched everywhere in my building and no food is found. I then called the restaurant and a very rude man picked up the phone to tell me that this order was never received and hung up, even though I said that I saw in the app for confirmed delivery. Long story short - It's a great experience and food is fresh when you dine in. Came here one day with a group of 2 to try this place out. It's a great location to us and the usual place where we get our boba closed so we definitely had high hopes for this place. This place did not disappoint and it will be our go to place for boba now. Their boba is just as it should be, a little chewy and not rock solid. There is limited seating but it's enough. We tried their Red Bean Latte with Boba, Earl Grey Tea with boba, and Taro Milk Black Tea with boba. I am looking forward to try their Matcha Latte with red bean when it becomes available. I will summarize all the drinks to condense the review. Overall, all the drinks we've tried, the tea flavor was bold and flavorful. You could taste the tea flavor, probably because they use enough tea leaves. It doesn't taste watered down at all. All of our drinks, if it required milk, we defaulted to their choice of milk, which is Lactaid I believe. It's nice that they give you the option to choose a different milk option. I don't like the idea of charging for it, but Starbucks does it, so why not. I will eventually try more than 50% of their menu so I'll definitely post my favorite in due time. Please continue to use real tea leaves and don't skimp out on it because to me, this is what makes this place stand out compared to the many other boba shops in the area. They also added this cold brew coffee apparatus. I can't wait to try it. Supposedly cold brew is a "cleaner" process and takes out the acidity, we shall see. The store manager is nice. She's very polite and friendly. Given this store just opened up, there will be subtle details that need to be addressed in the future. If the store gets busy, there will be a long wait because there's only one worker and I think her ability to multi-task will be put to the test. I do like the small eats/pastries that they have. They have the sesame balls that you can get from dim sum but it relatively costs more here. They also have the portuguese eggtart which I have not been able to try or see what it looks like because either it's sold out everytime I come or they didn't get the delivery for that day. As expected, because this is a tea place, they have their pastries delivered fresh daily. *Update: they no longer have the pastries aforementioned. They now have other things like cookies and danish and oatmeal, etc.* Side note, one recommendation would be to make napkins more readily/easily accessible. Right now, the only location is by the window. I like the wooden decor to the place. A little feel of a tea house. By far the best coffee spot in Astoria. Coffee quality is great. They use devocion coffee from Williamsburg and the milk is a perfect temperature. Milk is always creamy and no bubbles. All the baristas are awesome. They just need a sign outside. I wouldn't have known they are there unless I was stuck in traffic on Astoria blvd. I've filled up 2 punch cards in a month since I found out about the spot. read more
