Chun Yang has a pretty extensive drinks menu, it took me a while to go through! I ended up selecting the mango coconut sago and definitely enjoyed my drink! However I was surprised to hear I wasn't able to make adjustments to toppings or even to add additional.

Speedy and convenient near the subway station but still disappointing in taste ): Got the mango sago drink but it barely tasted like mango.. it was more like milk and sago. Disappointing because this was on the more expensive drink on the menu!!

Strawberry matcha latte w/ aiyu jelly $9 - too sweet & too much strawberry for me, more matcha, less strawberry & less sweetener would be great

While they don't have that many options for tea (out of jasmine milk tea and rose tea), I tried the honey osmanthus milk tea, and pineapple oolong tea with boba. The service was rather fast, drinks were not too sweet, and I saw many people ordering ahead for pickup.

I heard great things about Chun Yang, so I was excited to stop by when I was passing through the area. This particular segment of LIC had a lot of boba shops, and I had actually visited one earlier in the day. The kiosk ordering system makes a lot of sense for me, but I do wish the menu was more clearly displayed in the store. The family behind me looked confused and had to wait to get to the kiosk to decide they do not want anything offered here. The tea came out very quickly after I ordered it, though it was not a terribly busy time when I went, so I did not expect any delays. The tea was really delicious, with bits of lychee floating around an icy oolong tea with crushed ice chips, which made it feel almost like a slush. You could not control the sugar level or the ice level-- I suppose with the lychee flavor syrup and the crushed nature of the ice, this is unavoidable. The store was a little small, with one table for two and a couple of bar seats by the window. It's really a takeout kind of place, not a comfy cafe. I'm excited to see if Chun Yang Tea will expand into the suburb-y areas like many of its counterparts have been trying to! It was worth a little detour, but I wouldn't trek out to LIC for it.

Pomelo oolong tea, brown sugar pearl with fresh milk and black tea latte with boba

Came here on a Sunday night. I was the first one to walk in with no one inside. I attempted to order at the counter and waited for awhile. No one cared to come even when one of the girl saw me waiting, she completely ignored me. In the meantime a bunch of other people came in and went to the kiosk so I asked one of the employee there if she's taking any orders from the counter and she said no. As soon as I walked over to the kiosk to line up, they started taking orders for the people behind me. I'm not sure what is this and after everything, I was the last one getting my order. They looked miserable and unfriendly with absolutely no service. They didn't even say a single word to me other than the "no" nor did they call out my number properly. Really disappointed as I really like their pomelo oolong tea. Will probably not come back to this location again.

I've been here a few times now and every bubble tea I've tried has been excellent. They offer a wide variety of options, so there's something for everyone to enjoy. The inside is small but welcoming and very nice decor. They also have some signs for a picture opportunity.

Really neat Bubble Tea store . The menu has so many different choices. The hot tea offerings have some nice ingredient choices. I chose the Cold Winter Melon . It was so refreshing and sweetened to perfection . I would recommend have this tea with some delicious fried chicken pieces with sweet chili sauce - just my own thoughts! The service is quick , very simple transaction. The side has a few seats to chill. Very clean inside. **parking difficult so be prepared ** 7 Train stop on corner

This is my first time trying out this new location even though it is not completely new. It is located in LIC, right by the 7 train. It is very convenient if you are looking for a quick bubble tea spot. The place is small. I ordered Longan Red Date Tea (hot). It was good. It is a great seasonal drink. I had 30% sugar so it wasn't too sweet. It is a kind of drink/soup that Asian parents would make to reduce yeet hay. They also have an awesome kiosk! There are no minimum charges compared to the other locations I have been to. Their drinks are freshly made. The service is good and they are quick in making the drink. Overall, Chun Yang Tea has always been one of my favorite go-to bubble tea spots in the city.

Cold Purple Rice Sago Tea Latte

Great boba tea shop in LIC! Came in on a Saturday night and they were quite busy. There seemed to be lots of orders coming through from food delivery apps. I was initially confused when they didn't really acknowledge my presence when I tried to order at the counter, but then I saw they have a touchscreen ordering system in the back, so would recommend using that. I got the purple rice sago tea latte with 30% sweetness. It tasted amazing - I've never had purple rice as a boba filling before, but it added a lot of nice texture and flavors to the milk tea (and seemed like a healthier alternative to tapioca). They have a ton of different kinds of drinks not usually found at other boba shops so I'll def be back!

I was craving some flavorful tea, and I passed by this spot before dinner, so after dinner, I went by just when they were closing up shop. I asked if they were still accepting customers, and yes, they were, which was extremely nice. I asked in advance what they recommend that has no caffeine inside. I was told one of the options is the Winter Melon Lemonade. I got that one as it sounded refreshing, and I was right. I adjusted the sugar to 30%, and it was still really tasty. Overall, I was happy with my order, and I'll be back to get something else from the menu.

Love the convenience of this location. This is close to the 7 train Vernon-Jackson Blvd station. Came here to get another stamp on the Lunar New Year Boba Crawl challenge. After checking the menu, I got a medium black tea latte. Employees made my drink quickly made and I was ready to go with my drink. There is seating in the location and IG frame as well as photo worthy props. Go check it out.

Personally, my favorite is an Asian classic, the Mango Coconut Sticky Rice with Ice Cream. It is also good with sago if you do not prefer the rice. The staff is friendly, and they will help you with deciding on your order, so do not stress if you take too long. I am glad to see the diverse accommodations here in LIC and even more glad that it is a Mango Mango that exists here.

Master Panda, thanks for participating in the Yelp Lunar New year Boba Crawl and being the first…read moreand last stop. The jasmine milk tea I sampled in the store first was a bit high in the milk to tea ratio, though I appreciated the chance to try this. The oolong tea flavor (can't recall if it was a citrus or passionfruit flavor) at the end was good--refreshing and light. The bubbles were a little on the sweeter side, with decent chewiness. I purchased a plum Americano first time and it was an innovative take on Asian flavors mixed with coffee. The fusion of traditional tart plum "soup" with coffee worked in an herbally way, kinda like a kombucha coffee. Based on this I think some of the other coffee items with citrus may be good to try here. The following comments are in the spirit of constructive feedback so I hope this will help you guys! I read online that the focus of the store is to provide fresh milk with their teas, specifically regular dairy milk. Though I think this is a stronger selling point probably in Asia, the interesting fact is that a fair number of people are lactose intolerant, (or will become so later in life). And with the trend away from cow's milk to more plant-based milks, I think it's a miss not to offer milk substitutes. The second point to work on is consistency in the menu, I'm not sure why the menu placed by the ordering counter contains a few different items than the menu on the screen on the wall, which is also slightly different from the menu shown in the digital kiosks (I didn't order from the kiosk but took a look at it). Maybe it's because this store is still tweaking the menu, though in this case it would be helpful to explain to customers. Yesterday I came by to redeem a coupon for a free drink, it was a generous offer and thanks for giving me another opportunity to try a drink! Choosing the Jasmine coconut tea with water chestnut bubbles, the flavor combo sounded interesting though didn't mesh that successfully in reality. The water chestnut bubbles provided a pop and little crunch which was unlike anything I've had before, with a light, almost imperceptible sweetness. Overall I felt the staff was kind--thanks for the rose with the drink and the panda takeaway bag during the initial boba crawl!

Their wings were good but a lot of the pieces were really small. Moreover, it doesn't come with an egg and if you do decide to get an egg add-on for $3, it comes in an egg cup and hard-boiled (as opposed to in the ramen and jammy/soft-boiled).
