So let me tell you that from the minute I walked in I felt taken care of. No pretentiousness, but a real chill vibe, and a staff that knew what they were doing. Joelle was super chill and confident that she could flip the script. I got there at 12 and left at 5pm, it didn't even seem that long because these ladies really make you feel comfortable. The color lift is a long process and I was afraid of having uneven tones, but once I had my hair washed I was extemely pleased. I asked for a V shaped hair cut with long bangs, I got what I wanted and I have washed my hair since and it still feels soft. Even with all the torture my hair was put through, I believe it was that special hair martini that was applied to. Loved the presentation of the martini, but I appreciate the softness and managibnility it provided my hair. It was a mix of hair toner and conditioner. I love my hair and the price was fair too. After the wash I was led to a self-drying station fully equipped with products and drying & styling tools. So far so good...NO!! As I combed my hair CHUNKS were falling out.
