I went back. It was raining and really cold that day I still went back, the salon was closed. I wrote them an email next day and they just responded with a sorry on the email and saying they will talk to the girl who shampooed but I think even if they were a teaching salon the main stylist should have checked if the service was done properly, it felt like negligence and rushed service. I was not feeling well that day, and after that I had to wash my hair again at 9 PM on a very cold day, only because they didn't do it properly, i had an early morning flight next day and this totally ruined my mood. I expected them to offer me some refund atleast as service was so dismal.. when I had left 40% tip as well. Nothing like that not even a call from them for apologizing properly when i was an old customer.. This experience left such a bad taste in mouth, the color also stained my nails before my hawaii trip. I'm not going back

This is not an intentional shadow root -- it appears unfinished and poorly executed, especially for a service at this price point. What is most concerning is that when I left a review, the owner publicly stated that I was never a client, which is simply untrue. I have appointment confirmations and proof of payment. I'm sharing this so others can make informed decisions. My experience was real, and I stand by it.
