I went to try out a wash & blow dry based on several recommendations from the Rutherford Recommends Facebook page. I was tired of paying $50+ for blow outs I didn't even like. I decided to go with Jaden and I am so happy I did. Sweet girl, and did a fantastic job on my hair and so quick! I have a lot of hair and it's not an easy job, so I appreciate her not making a comment as most stylist do about the amount of hair I have (I know, thanks, it's on my head. I'm aware). I've gone to her a couple times now, and have literally 2 or 3 future appointments booked already. I even sent my sister to her when she was in town. Jaden was busy on a day I needed her so I instead I booked with Cassandra and another gem as well. Salon is clean, the shampoo bowl/station is comfortable! And they play the music at a low volume, which I so appreciate, I hate a loud salon.

The salon is beautiful and their online appointment booking process is so easy! Even before seeing me, Analee was super informative and thorough with the process, what my expectations should be and aftercare. I had so many questions and she was so patient with me! I recently gave birth to my 3rd baby girl and with my chaotic schedule, I haven't been able to make it in for a touch up. I contacted Analee and she was kind enough to give me some helpful tips to keep my hair looking great until I get some Mommy time! I do not trust anyone else with my hair and I even bring my 9 year old to her. She is amazing and I highly recommend her! Oh and Joey! Don't even get me started on that gem! He's an amazing stylist as well and makes all of our appointments so much more fun. Can't wait for my next appointment.

I have not gone local to a salon for 7 years because people have made me feel bad for the thickness in my hair in the past and did a bad job. I have been a loyal customer (for lashes) for 7 years…read more Friday I went in for lashes and a hair cut/style. The lash appointment wasn't the best because Jen kept leaving me on the table to go take care of other customers. After 2 hours it was finally my turn to get washed. I showed Richard the hair style I wanted- TWICE- and Jen spoke to him about it then asked how short I wanted my hair. That's when I got concerned because the hair style is for long hair, which I already have. My hair goes past my mid back. I told her SEVERAL TIMES "Do not touch the length. I love my long hair" Richard starts cutting and then flips my hair past my shoulders and I see no hair..... it's all gone. Easily 5-6 inches chopped off. Jen smiles and said "We only took off an inch" I wanted to scream, cry, vomit- it took me so long to get my hair to the length I wanted it to be at and they ruined it. They ruined it the day before my baby shower. Which Jen knew was the very next day. I told her I didn't want the length touched and all she said was "It was necessary" just ADMIT that your husband messed up big time. Admit that you said something to him that made him cut off my hair. You threw away a 7 year loyal customer over what you thought was "necessary" Well it's now necessary for me to take my business elsewhere. Also look at the other reviews and what do they all have in common? SHORT HAIR. Richard only knows how to cut short hair. If you are a long hair girlie please go someplace else before he RUINS your hair as well.
