I have not gone local to a salon for 7 years because people have made me feel bad for the thickness in my hair in the past and did a bad job. But, Studio G, I've learned today, is definitely where I'll be going and recommending from now on. 20% your first time there, and for getting color, blow out, and a cut it was reasonably priced I feel (around $100). Had gone to many different salons with very different pay scales. I can't say enough about Studio G & Brianna. She nailed it!!! I was very happy with the results, professionalism, & cleanliness of the shop. It was my first time there & Brianna made sure she kept looking at the picture that I wanted my hair to look like. Most places I've gone to prior, you show them a picture & they never look at it again & just do what they want to do. Brianna had a lot of different steps she had to take for processing the color I wanted w/o damaging my hair. I very highly recommend this salon & Brianna. It's were I'll be going every time & so will you if you give them a chance.

He thought he was clever attempting veiled, condescending remarks and underhanded compliments. I should have left, a minute in. I would not have Yelped about only that, but this man gave me an average haircut and ugly style--which, I suspect, to have been intentional. I imagine he and his cheering, vaping yahoos had a great laugh about that after showing me the door. I should not have paid. I went to my regular stylist and she fixed it.

I called about a week out and was able to make an appt with Yoly for a cut & color. She did a great job, I absolutely LOVED how my hair turned out. She was super nice and made sure I was happy with my hair before I left. While I was there, I saw their makeup/hair stylist Erica doing someone's makeup and it looked amazing so I asked Michele, the owner if Erica might be available to do my hair and makeup for a wedding I was going to and she was so we scheduled the appt. Fast forward to this past weekend, I had my appt with Erica for my hair and makeup and I seriously could not be happier with the final product. I got SO many compliments all night. Erica was so sweet and worked so fast which I loved! I was there for about an hour and 15 minutes total. I will definitely be using Erica again for future events. She recommended I don't go with the highlights and only do color correction since I colored my hair jet black with box die. Lol don't judge me I have no time for hair maintenance. Anyway Erica worked for hours to correct the mess and cover my grays . I have to say she did an amazing job. She was kind, understanding, explained things , did not rush me , I get at ease I didn't feel that I was pushed to get anything I didn't need or would damage my hair further and that I greatly appreciate. As I got older, I became more independent and wanted to go to a new place entirely since my family members were either retired or extremely busy! I called Rich and was honestly very nervous about this place. I hadn't seen a lot of reviews, I didn't know anybody that went but the reviews I saw were all so positive that I decided to give it a chance and I'm SO glad that I did! Right when I walked it, he greeted me and made me feel so comfortable. He was able to give me the exact haircut I wanted and I continued going to him for a few months. I've been slacking on getting my haircut but I'm planning on booking an appointment with him soon. I highly HIGHLY recommend this salon!
