They took me as a "walk in" but even without an appointment, the staff took a lot of time to help me choose the right hair color and I chose a combination of two colors. The whole process was also very easy. They mixed my color, set me up and 35 minutes later, washed the color out while providing a nice head massage! I'm very pleased with the results.

I drove about 56 minutes to this location with an idea of how I wanted to have my hair done and specific colors, tones and things I was adamant I did not want. When I get there, I try to call to let them know I will be about 5 minutes late to my appointment. Because of the parking situation, though they were somewhat vague about the complexity of it, there is no way to get in contact with them drectly, it's just prompts on prompts on prompts from an AI machine that really gets you nowhere. After arriving at 4:50pm for my 4:45pm appointment, I was not seen until 520. There are only two people working at this location. When I was finally spoken to, I provided the young lady a clear understanding of what my vision for my hair and goals where. We had a very deep consultation about what I absolutely did not want to happen and what my goal was to achieve in my hair.I literally showed her the names of the 3 colors I researches online before comingin. What came next was just a very aggressive product push and upsell, that was borderline delinquent. I was told that in order for her to do the color that I wanted I had to add the hair protection product $40 and a extra color lifter $30 that was the only way she could achive the result, and then she T O L D me did not *ask* that the membership she was gonna add to card, cause it made sense to achieve the color that I wanted. After me telling her that I wanted to see the results before committing to a membership Her tone was very dismissive, and she kept telling me that although I use the name brand product that I mentioned to her at home that I did not do not know what I was doing and that I had to do this in order to get the color that I want. I think the reason that they do not have mirrors in front of the workstations is so that you do not see the chaos that is happening with your hair. The final results was the same color that I had on. My hair was just a little glossier, and my roots covered. I voiced my dismay on the waste of time, effort and money and was basically told Well, I told you, you're not gonna get what you want unless you buy the membership and come in every 4 to 6 weeks. To add insult to injury, the young lady that was blow drying my hair kept burning it because the blowdryer was malfunctioning at 1 point I got stuck in the middle of my head. She had to remove the back piece in order to free my hair after me telling her that I was in pain and that it hurt when she asked the 3 times she finally switched Blow dryers, but the damage was already done, I have a small bald spot where she yanked my hair when removing the piece from the blowdryer off. I told her specifically various times during the conversation that I did not like volume in my hair. I wanted it as flat as possible. I left there looking like a brocolis head. The cherry, on the top of all of this was, there was no air conditioner, when it was ninety four degrees outside. I beg you stay away from this location. This is an absolute scam.I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to get their hair done here BELOW THE RESPONSE FROM LAUREN WHOM I BELIEVE, HAS IT SET UP SO THAT YOU CANNOT REPLY TO HER EMAILS. SO THAT AT LEAST SHE SAYS SHE ATTEMPTED TO REACH OUT TO SOMEBODY. I EVEN LEFT HER A MESSAGE THROUGH THE CONTACT CENTER CAUSE YOU CAN NEVER GET THROUGH THEIR AI SYSTEM CALLED MADDIE.

First of all, the salon is gorgeous. This location is new (the salon relocated about a year ago), and everything looks clean, fresh, and modern. The whole vibe of the place - from the black pleather chairs, floor length mirrors, to the sink area, and even the Aveda merchandise - all exude luxury. I have to preface by saying this is all done by the same stylist for the same service, a twisty blow-out. 1. First appointment, no charge based on a Facebook post looking for volunteers. 2. Second appointment was half off since I booked during my first session, $11. 3. Third appointment, the stylist is now level 1, so my visit was $31. 4. Fourth appointment, I ask her if she can pin my curls as she does them and then release them at the end. She says yes, cool. I go to pay, $41....? The receptionist says it's because I got my hair pinned. Okay, but no one told me there was an upcharge. I'm irritated but pay and decide I'm not coming back ever due to this. 5. Now, on Friday, 2.23, I decide that morning I needed a blowout because it's my birthday, and the only place that could get me in was here,so I booked it. I tell my new friend my plans and lo and behold, not only does she also go to this salon but gets blowouts regularly by the same girl. I tell her about the $10 upcharge for the pins, and she's shocked! She tells me she never gets charged and leaves with the pins! Ok, so now I'm going with this info in my back pocket. I go in and ask for the same blowout. The girl herself this time offers to pin the hair in the crown area for added volume with NO mention of an upcharge. I tell her, you know what, can you pin the whole thing actually. And she says, oh, that's a $10 upcharge. And I immediately tell her why, you don't charge my friend and literally pull out the text convo to show her. She stutters and says, oh she didn't pay last time? No, she's NEVER paid the extra charge I tell her. Then she suddenly decides that in a whole 'professional' salon, she doesn't have enough pins to pin my whole head. COME ON! What a joke. So I'm thinking it's my birthday (I told her this too) I'm not stressing, I don't have time, fine just pin the crown. She finishes my hair and we go up to pay. She says $41!! I'm sorry, what? I said I'm not paying the $10 upcharge for the pins. Now, she says, oh no it's not the pins, it's your long, thick hair. I'm like dumbfounded. My hair has been this length always and she has never said anything before. I'm in shock at this point, she really swindled me into paying that extra $10 like she initially wanted to. Again it's my birthday, I have a dinner to get to. My fault, but I decided to pay with cash, so now I have no record and no way to dispute with my bank. And what's even more mind-blowing, my same friend went again today, AND NO EXTRA CHARGES! Are you kidding me? What scam is this place running? Are they pocketing the upcharge money? How ridiculous is this? Soo unprofessional.

My experience at this hair salon was an absolute disaster…read more On December 19th, I went for a root touch-up and had sent messages and visuals beforehand showing my hair's current condition and the color I wanted. I chose this salon because my previous stylist was far away, and my hair was incredibly healthy and strong. My hair expert friends confirmed this; I had been working for a year to grow my hair. However, because they didn't properly lighten my roots, Paulina Sanchez applied a dark and greenish color without asking me. I was shocked when I looked in the mirror. I went home and sent them a video crying, asking, "What did you do?" but they didn't reply. I later visited the salon so they could see it in person, but they ignored me and said, "We are busy." Within 2-3 days, my hair became multiple colors and kept falling out. I developed sores on my scalp and cheeks. The salon staff sent me a long apology message, saying they would fix their mistake and scheduled to correct my hair this week. However, despite knowing how damaged my hair was, they did not consider that it needed time to rest. Today, I had my appointment. They applied bleach for 5 hours to my hair, and some areas still didn't lighten. While washing my hair, I saw my broken hair in the hands of two staff members, yet they didn't say anything. They mockingly said "Happy holidays" when they finished. Even the other customers saw my hair was falling out. This process was extremely damaging financially, emotionally, and psychologically. My hair has become completely unhealthy, and I will have to shave it tomorrow. The 10 days I spent dealing with this experience caused me serious trauma. I am also a business owner in the U.S. and have never had problems with my clients, as they are more important to me than money. If you cannot do your work properly in this country, please leave this business to those who can. I believe these individuals' licenses should be revoked.
