I went back. It was raining and really cold that day I still went back, the salon was closed. I wrote them an email next day and they just responded with a sorry on the email and saying they will talk to the girl who shampooed but I think even if they were a teaching salon the main stylist should have checked if the service was done properly, it felt like negligence and rushed service. I was not feeling well that day, and after that I had to wash my hair again at 9 PM on a very cold day, only because they didn't do it properly, i had an early morning flight next day and this totally ruined my mood. I expected them to offer me some refund atleast as service was so dismal.. when I had left 40% tip as well. Nothing like that not even a call from them for apologizing properly when i was an old customer.. This experience left such a bad taste in mouth, the color also stained my nails before my hawaii trip. I'm not going back

After the wash I was led to a self-drying station fully equipped with products and drying & styling tools. So far so good...NO!! As I combed my hair CHUNKS were falling out. To be fair, the front desk staff was welcoming and professional, and my haircut/blowout were well done. However, the highlight service was extremely disappointing. The color is uneven with visible demarcation lines, unblended roots, and inconsistent placement throughout the hairline and part. This is not an intentional shadow root -- it appears unfinished and poorly executed, especially for a service at this price point. What is most concerning is that when I left a review, the owner publicly stated that I was never a client, which is simply untrue. I have appointment confirmations and proof of payment. I'm sharing this so others can make informed decisions. My experience was real, and I stand by it.
