I started going to Dolce based on all the great reviews but unfortunately the work is mediocre and the staff is snotty! My "stylist" was Kristen, where she cut and highlighted my hair. First of all, she didnt even sit with me to have a mini consultation as to what color highlights I wanted and how I wanted my hair styled. I felt she just rushed through my cut and highlights and at the end I ended up with highlights that you couldnt even see!!! As for the haircut, well basically there was no cut or style!! The staff here also is somewhat snotty and I did not feel comfortable! And also I do not understand the fee they charge if you use a debit or credit card?! Overall stay away from Dolce..classless and talentless!!! read more

I went there on a recommendation of a coworker. I must say it was the best experience o my life! I went on Sunday and Kristin was my stylist. She was AWESOME!!!! I have never left a salon and loved the way I looked when I walked out. Kristin was the best. She made me feel comfortable and listened to what I wanted even though I didn't know how to explain it. salon is very small and all they do is talk to each other. I'm not interested in hearing about each others weekend plans. There is a back room for men? i don't understand. well the haircut was not good enough where i would go back and the shampoo was pretty crappy too.. the products were really dusty on the shelves also.. the stylist was well dressed but couldn't figure out how to get my bangs to lay flat.
